So, we all know of the cryptograms, especially the ones at the end of each episode. I am here to decode each. First the ones at the end of each episode, and then, using those, the pieces of the clips at the end of Dipper's Guide to the Unexplained put together in a later chapter.
The cryptograms are in order by which episode they occurred in.
The first six episodes are done in the Caesar Cipher, which means that whatever letter is written is decoded when it's been three letters back like A (written) is X (decoded).
ZHOFRPH WR JUDYLWB IDOOV.
Welcome to Gravity Falls.
QHAW ZHHN: UHWXUQ WR EXWW LVODQG.

He's still in the vents.
*This is referring to Wax Larry King's head.*
FDUOD, ZKB ZROW BRY FDOO PH?
Carla, why won't you call me?
-"The Hand That Rocks Mabel"
*This is referring to the Tent of Telepathy's disclaimer's "Carla, I've always loved you, but I've never had the guts to say it."*
*I won't explain this reference, because I think we all know...*

Mr. Caesarian will be out next week. Mr. Atbash will substitute.
-"Dipper Vs. Manliness"
*This is referencing the end of using to Caesar Cipher and bringing in the new Atbash.*
Episodes seven through thirteen are done in Atbash code, which means that each if the one letter written is the opposite decoded, like A (written) is Z (decoded).
KZKVI QZN WRKKVI HZBH: "ZFFTSDCJSTZWHZWFS!"
Paper Jam Dipper says: "AUUGHWXQHGADSADUH!"

Not H.G. Wells approved.
-"The Time Traveler's Pig"
*This is referencing how H.G. Wells wrote books about time travel. My only problem with this is that because of Warehouse 13, I have to be constantly reminded that H.G. Wells is not a female. In related news, I am off topic.*
HLIIB, WRKKVI, YFG BLFI DVMWB RH RM ZMLGSVI XZHGOV.
Sorry, Dipper, but your Wendy is in another castle.
*I believe we all know that this is a Super Mario Brothers reference. If you do not know that, I officially disown you.*
GSV RMERHRYOV DRAZIW RH DZGXSRMT.
The invisible wizard is watching.
*I would say this is a Harry Potter reference, but I am not sure.*

Heavy is the head that wears the fez.
The last episodes are in the A1Z26 Cipher. This is solved by simply finding the number in which the letter is, if each letter is the order in which the letter would... I am not explaining this well. Screw this explanation.
