20. A Slightly More Realistic Carla Theory... No Offense, Prez

This chapter is by GirlOfManyFandoms.

Sorry, Prez, but now that you have posted a Carla "Hot Pants" McCorkle, I must one-up you...

It's been a while since we have seen Carla, and the only time she appears is in "Boyz Crazy," so we think...

I would like to introduce to you to...

So in "The Hand That Rocks Mabel," there is a disclaimer in the commercial for the Tent of Telepathy. It is read by none other than Bud Gleeful.

     The disclaimer reads as follows:

"Void where prohibited, no C.O.D.'s accepted, the letter "p" in the word psychic is silent and used for entertainment purposes only. If unsatisfied, please return unused portion for a full refund. Side effects may include but are not limited to: prosperity, wads of cash, fun at parties, tight pants, 6.2% APR, no money down! Psychic readings may cause a warming sensation in the abdomen. If pain persists, consult your physicist immediately. Carla, I've always loved you but I've never had the guts to say it."

I bolded the important part. The thing is, we all know that Bud Gleeful and Stanford Pines are rivals, and we could safely assume that it is just a business rivalry. But, hey! We are the Gravity Falls Fandom! There is no time for safely assuming things!

What I think happened is Stanford lost Carla to that hippie, then she left him at some point for Bud. They married, and such. And only God knows what happened to that poor woman over the years...
