The office handed me our papers just as Ian walked through the door. He had a smile on his face, which was strange, I've always seen nothing but smirks coming from him. I gave him a questioning look as I thanked Ms. Morris. He shrugged and smiled again.
We walked out, deciding to skip first class as it was already half over. Besides, i'd probably be bullied anyway. Me, the goody two shoes, the good guy. Which I suppose I was. I'm not getting a shit ton of tattoos and piercings. But most people don't know my true self.
It's not like I graffiti houses when everybody sleeps, that's more of a Ian thing. But mainly I actually party a lot, and some of my friends are crazy, especially Louis. He does some funny dancing when he's drunk.
Ian always gets mad at me for being boring, but I'd rather not go to jail, which Ian has done twice already. Each time I had to bail him out the next day. It's a good thing our parents are rich, because every time Ian trespasses or eggs someone's house or drag races means more bail out money.
But he was my brother, my twin brother, and I needed him by my side, as cheesy as it sounds. We were one, and as much as he hated truly admitting it, he needed me too. We spent the majority of our time together, bugging each other or telling secrets. Typical brotherly love.
He doesn't need to protect me, like every body seems to think. We both have pretty big muscles, thanks to the gym and mile runs. I'm a great fighter actually, and one hell of a fast runner. Ian's pretty damn fast as well. we both have brains, and know how to handle a dangerous situation. He gets me I guess .
"Dude, why so silent with the Hottie?" Ian asked as we leaned against random lockers, crossing our arms over our chests. I sighed, but some times he doesn't get me.
"I figured you had first dibs. She seems like a good time, but I'll pass." I shrugged, I really wasn't interested in sleeping with random girls. No thanks, STD.
"I don't sleep with random girls!" Ian said, punching lightly in my chest. I laughed and sighed. It was true, he slept with girls a lot, but not enough for it to be a known thing. It was usually the same three girls, who were kind of like booty-calls.
"I know, bro. Chill the fuck out my stomach hurts!" I gasped, faking the pain and smirking. Ian rolled his eyes. He grabbed me and pulled me into a tight hug. I confusingly hugged back, as he didn't like being this open to me in public, wouldn't want to ruin his image.
He pulled back. "Just wanted to show you I care, despite what people say." He whispered, kissing my forehead. I suddenly understood. People bully me some times about how Ian should just leave me to go to the jock table or something. He always refuses, staying with me.
I never understood why, I wasn't exactly a popular person, but I guess he cares for me in a way every brother should. He acts really tough and rough, which at time he is, but with me, he's usually pretty sappy actually.
He was older by about two minutes, so took the role of protective older brother, I guess. I was grateful for him, he was nice to have around. I smiled at him.
"I love you, dude." I nudged his shoulder with mine, keeping the smile on my face. He smiled back. "I love you too, dude." He laughed, nudging me back.
We were so sappy yet so not. It was one of the things I loved about having a twin, he just knows when I need him most.
The bell rung, signalling second class. We looked at each other. "No way, dude. It's math! Hell to the no!" Ian half yelled.
I laughed and nodded, I wasn't to big on math, either. We walked outside before anyone could see us dissing class. It was warm out, so we took shade under a tree.
Ian pointed toward a girl writing in something. It was Ava! I looked at Ian, wondering if we should call her over or not. He got up, answering my question.
We walked toward her, me wondering what she was writing. We got our answer as we came up behind her.
Ian burst out laughing, and I blushed madly. I didn't know that.
Hey peoples! Sorry it's so boring, but the next one will be tons better! What do you think she wrote? Thanks for reading! :)
