Somebody knocks on the door, so I flush the toilet and turn on the sink to pretend that I actually went to the bathroom. I turn the sink off and open the door. I begin to walk back to the area I was in before I went to the bathroom. I walk in and find Niall waiting for me.
"Hey," He says. "Do you feel any better?"
"I feel fine, I just want to get off this plane." I say, actually feeling the urge to cry. I walk over to him and sit down. I plop my legs across his thighs.
"Don't worry babe, We'll be landing soon." He says. He picks me up and puts me with my legs wrapped around his waist. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me in for a kiss just as the lady walked in. I throw myself onto the ground and stand up. She looks at me and begins to speak in an awkward tone.
"Are you okay?" She asks, reaching out to pull me up on my feet.
"Yeah... I'm fine." I say, trying not to sound awkward.
"Do you think you could go back to your seat now?" She asks.
"Yeah, I think so." I respond.
Niall gets up and walks behind me back to our seats, his arms wrapped around my waist. I sit down by the window and he sits closest to the aisle. I lean my head up on his shoulder and he lays his head gently on mine. I pull out my phone and take a picture. Then I hear the booming voice of the Captain over the speakers.
"Hello and thank you for choosing Southwest Airlines for today's destination. We will be landing in Denver, Colorado in less than 10 minutes. For now, I would like to ask that all electronics be turned off. Thank you and have a wonderful day."
I am relieved that we'll be landing in less than 10 minutes. I move my head slightly, just to make Niall's head land on my shoulder. I begin to brush his hair back until I see the seatbelt sign above us light up. I put my seatbelt on and Niall leans up and puts his on. He lays his head back on my shoulder, until we jolt into the air a little bit. The lady that helped me immediately ran and sat down up by the cockpit. I guess we would be landing in less than 10 minutes. I think with a smirk. I get that feeling that I always do when I'm falling or on a roller coaster going down, and then I know... I better prepare for the Landing.
