2. Returning Home
I was coming home, after spending two months gallivanting and visiting the neighboring kingdoms. It felt good to get out and explore. After locking myself in my room for eighteen years, it was nice to be out with the sun. I'd missed the sun. I had yet to enjoy it when I left the castle walls the first time, when I was afraid.
But now it was different. Now I could enjoy myself and not be afraid, of what my people or my family thought of me and my snow powers. It was Anna who insisted I go and visit the other kingdoms. After Arendelle's strict policy of no visitors, I opened the gates welcoming the people. I was careful when showing my power, to reassure I was not harmful. I was no longer worried, and it came naturally. Sometimes when I was stressed I'd accidentally freeze a room or two, but other that that I was fine. While I was away, I busied myself making new trade routes, and business exchanges, ( I was extremely adamant about avoiding Weasel Town and the Southern Isles) meeting with several Royal Officials, and just enjoying myself. But I was ready to go home. I missed Arendelle and my sister, and my new brother, and of course Olaf. So as my carriage arrived at the mouth of the Northern Mountain, I saw my beloved kingdom.
However, it wasn't all excitement. As much as I missed Arendelle, I knew I'd be leaving again, for a more personal trip. But I wanted to tell Anna my important new, but by the look of the castle upon arrival; I noticed she had important news of her own.
