Life's just swell at the moment. Not! Harmony's been crying all the time and we had to literally force food down her. No joke, I had to get Leonie and Lilou over to help me pin her down whilst Electra stuffed the food in her mouth, which Harmony ate anyway. She's too distraught for conversations, the slightest thing will set her off, the whole thing's a nightmare! We've tried reading her books, putting on our chic flic/kids' films even playing every One Direction, Little Mix, Lawson, Taylor Swift, Jessie J, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga album that we own. Not even Beyonce will silence her sobs.
I read countless jokes off the internet but not a smile. We're running out of ideas and are so close to giving up and crying with her only because how tired we are. The school won't let her even call Loris, they've stole his phone and blocked all the boys' phones from any of our numbers. The only thing I can think of is: Harmony writing him a letter and me forwarding it to a footballer. But Harmony just sniffed that she hates her handwriting. Leonie can't cheer up which is really weird as Leonie is the funniest person ever sometimes even by accident.
We tried to use our initiative and start a songwriting club to let her express her emotions through creativity. It ended her writing: I miss him, I miss so much, Those stupid wardens are too tough, On us, I miss his bright blue eyes and feathery hair, I can't help but see him everywhere. Which was more of poem but she just burst into tears, crying that nothing mattered anyway.
But on the bright side my song was alright, I was the only one who didn't write a song based on how tired we were. I went to go check if we'd got any mail, from family and friends back home and I saw Loris who looked miserable himself. He asked how Harmony was and when I replied that she was crying and missing him lots, his face crumpled. He told me to send Harmony his love. I promised I would
Everyone had a letter so I handed them out after telling Harmony about Loris which made her stop crying. Mine was from my oldest younger sister, Sydney, who wrote:
I hope you're having a good time at school. Sorry you couldn't visit us! :(
But we've got painters round and are staying with Aunt Mary and her funny cat, Tiddles. He has a daft name and he is daft himself! He headbutted the mailman, the silly thing! :D
We all miss you very much and hope you do well with your school work and that you're not lonely.
See you hopefully in the May holidays and have a good birthday in April,
Your sister Sydney xxx :3
P.S The others miss you lots, especially Clara down the road.
I smiled at the mention of my home best friend Clara but I couldn't help but laugh at the thought of Tiddles and the grumpy mailman. Then it suddenly hit me.
"Hey Harmony, why don't you visit Loris in the May bank holidays? Then you have a full week to make up for the gloomy six weeks!" I smiled.
"H-he's from not far away from here and I'm all the way down s-south." Harmony sniffed.
"Oh, sorry!" I apologised, feeling guilty.
Uh oh, I need to sign out before the warden sees I've been on the computer, check my history and finds this,
Bye bye buddies,
