After all the little ones went to bed i decided to go for a walk in the forest to my spot, I found it when I was little and have always gone here whenever something had happened when we were out at the cabins, it's beauty helps me forget whatever the problem is.
As I walked through the last set of trees, I gasped as the spot was revealed, the crystal clear water and the bright green grass. I sat down on the big rock that was right beside the lake. I slipped off my shoes and dipped them into the slightly warm water.
I didn't want to ever go back, I don't want to see his face again, he's such an asshole and he's also so, so, so inconsiderate! The pig thinks he can do whatever he wants just cuz he's a big tough guy, not how shit works with me! I'm so done with him, he's really going to have to make it up to me this time.
When I had decided to go back finally I reached for my phone and tried to turn on my flashlight, after a couple attempts to turn my phone on I figured it was dead.
'Shit!' I cursed loudly in my head, how was I supposed to get home in the pitch black. I sighed as I slowly got up and walked towards the trees?? As I heard splashing and started to feel my legs getting wet, I have concluded I was in the lake and turned around trying again, as soon as I bumped into a tree I have up and sat down where I was.
I accepted that I was going to sit out here till the sun came up, I calmly straightened out my dress and giggled at but at how unfortunate I really was to get stuck out here on such a day.
After a couple hours the sky started to get brighter, I cheered loudly as I sprung up and ran into the forest to get home. I swung the door open and ran up to Rosas room as to I didn't want to sleep with the asshole everyone calls cameron. I jumped and flew onto her bed grabbing some covers and quickly falling asleep.
"ADDIE!" I heard someone call as they shook me violently.
"Go away" I groaned and rolled over burying my head into the pillows.
"No Addie, wake up! We all thought you were dead" they explained loudly and quickly.
"Uh huh" I mumbled swatting them away.
"Like we looked for hours! We all went to the big house for the night taking search shifts" they were still saying frantically and loudly.
"Great, now shut up and let me sleep" I yelled pulling the covers over my head and groaning loudly.
"Everyone was so worried, Cameron was saying it was all his fault the whole night" they said sadly.
"I'm ignoring you, go away" I called from under the blankets.
"I'm not leaving, please get up" they said frustrated as they pulled the covers off.
"Fine!" I yelled at rosa storming down to the kitchen.
"ADDIE" everyone gasped and yelled.
"Hey" i said passively as I pulled out the milk, cereal and a bowl.
"Where were you??" Cameron spoke up.
"None if your business" I snapped at him,
"What happened at least" he said with a begging tone.
"Stuff happened, why do you care" I almost yelled at him.
"Because I-" he started to yell but cut himself off and stormed out of the kitchen and out the door.
"Addie can I talk to you??" my brother asked softly standing up and leading the way to the home theatre room, I eyed him as he sat down and patted the spot next to him.
"Yes dear brother" I said sarcastically and started to lay my head in his lap.
"You should really talk to Cameron, just like hear him out at least" he said while playing with my hair.
"No way, nope" I said shaking my head.
"But he was so upset when you were gone, he blamed it all on himself and just kept beating himself up the whole night" he explained. "You know how we took shifts for searching??" He asked me.
"Yeah, I think rosa talked about it" I mumbled.
"He didn't stop, no matter how much people told him to rest he didn't" my brother said chuckling a bit.
"Really??" I asked in disbelief considering the conversation we had before I left.
"Yup he really is a good guy, maybe your fight was a misunderstanding" he shrugged causing me to spring up.
"Maybe it was!" I exclaimed as I ran out the room texting Cameron to meet me at the beach as soon as possible.
