He finishes the song and sighs, placing his guitar back on its stand. A woman calls him down stairs and he walks out to her after taking one last look at me 'sleeping' on his bed. I woke up five minuets ago to the strumming of guitar and Jack softly singing a song about a girl called Elsa. I can't help but smile at the fact he wrote me a song. I swing my legs out of the bed and slip my shoes back on. I look around Jack's room and all the pictures on his desk. He has loads. Pictures of his sister and cousins, four adults I can only assume are his mom, dad, aunt and uncle, and a small black dog. "That's my dog Kira." Jack smiles, resting his head on my shoulder. As if on cue, the small black dog runs into the room and jumps up Jack's legs. I giggle and scratch the dog behind its ears as its tongue falls out of its mouth and its tail begins to wiggle back and forth. A woman calls for the dog to go for a walk and it scampers out of the room happily. Jack sits on the bed, legs crossed, and I copy him. "Tell me something." I say. He looks at me, confused. "Tell me an interesting fact I don't know." I laugh. "Umm... Jamie has three pet turtles and one has the same birthday as Sophie." He grins. I laugh, burying my face into the pillow on the end of his bed. "I love you Elsa." Jack whispers. I freeze and stare at him. And before I know what I'm doing my lips are on his.
