(I want to go straight to the games, and I'm lazy, so I'm going to just include important info!)
"So, what's it like coming back from all the fame of the past year since your sister sat on that seat?" Ceaser pops out the first question as if he'd been waiting to ask it his entire life.
"I'm not sure. Of course it's very over whelming!" I don't even think before I speak. I pretend I'm at home, talking to one of my cousins. Like the Capitol residents are children that I'm trying to make understand something a eighteen year old still doesn't get.
"I'm sure! Now, what do you feel about your family watching you be a part of this amazing experience?"
"Um, I guess I feel special. But none the less more than the others. Of course, my family is used to this sort of thing by now." I fiddle with my dress, trying to show off my boots. It works like a charm.
"What's up with those boots of yours?"
"They're my favorite thing in the world. I haven't taken them off since I went to the reaping. It helps me stay calm, and really focus."
"We've seen that! You got a twelve on your training score!"
"Yeah, I guess that was a bit of a surprise." I hint, not spilling anymore of my amazing skills that got me that score.
"Oh, come on, it has to be bigger than that!"
"Well, I think it gained me more enemies than planned, but I think I'm proud."
"As you know, your sister got a ten, which is also a very exceptional score! Tell us, what about your family is it?" Training outside the games is forbidden, what do I say?
"Well, Evelyn was born with it. She taught me everything I know." I bite my lip and look down at the boots I refused to take off and replace with blue pumps Ileana tried to put me in. I like the dress, but those outrageous shoes, no. The buzzer goes off, signaling my time is up. I say a goodbye and let Cesser kiss my cheek before exiting. Wow, it was easier than I'd thought.
