"I loved her not for the way she danced with my angels, but for the way the sound of her name could silence my demons." {Christopher Poindexter}

The last thing that Harry remembered before dying were a pair of purple eyes.

Not just any purple, though. They were mostly a pale lilac color, with flecks of violet and indigo sprinkling the large irises, giving them life.

They were almost indescribable, these eyes. Deep, round, and concerned eyes. Eyes framed with thick lashes.

A chilly breeze lashed against his body, where lay bloodied and bruised, making him shiver.

And then black spots clouded his vision, and he was dead.

At least he thought he was dead. But as he slowly opened his eyes, he came to the conclusion that he was not, but should have been.

In fact, it was impossible for him to be alive right now. There was no possible way - with the bruises that he'd suffered, and the amount of blood that was lost - no normal human would have been able to survive the attack.

So why was he alive, and more importantly, how?

The answer to his question stood behind the door quietly, strays of platinum blonde hair escaping the hood of her almost black cloak.

Slowly, he sat up, wincing from his injuries, and took note of his surroundings.

It was a small room - maybe a hundred square feet or so at the max - a small bed in which he had been laying in was positioned in the middle, across a small wooden beaurau dresser and mirror. There was a closed door and a sofa to the right, and as curious as Harry was, he could not ignore the excruciating pain he was in.

So he reclined back into the small bed, struggled to cover himself with the thick blanket, and let unconsciousness claim him once more.

The whole incident made Elsah very curious. It wasn't normal to find someone being attacked like that - beaten, and then cut to drain their blood.

She'd heard of such Blood Dealers, but it always seemed like a myth to her, something that would happen in another world, not actually real. It was horrendous, the way that she found that chestnut haired man with pale green eyes and stubble on his jaw. His eyes were almost lifeless, and he blinked a few times when Elsah came into focus.

But then, he closed his eyes, and took what seemed to be his last breath. Elsah knew she couldn't leave him like that, and so she pulled him up, shifted his weight against her, and escaped the bloody scene with the dying man in her arms.

Little did she know - the entire incident was staged, every detail planned, every slice of the knife against his skin was to find her.
