26. Chapter 26
"I'll see you after the concert." Bill winked at me. I think I almost passed out. I managed to smile and wave. I took a deep breath. Could I have been any more idiotic? Ugh.
I turned around and found Andy staring at me with narrowed eyes.
"What?" I asked.
He shook his head, "Nothing."
I furrowed my eyebrows.
We watched the concert from the side of the stage. It was awesome. I kept hugging Jinxx and thanking him. He would laugh. Pfft. Andy seemed annoyed about something.
We waited in the dressing room for them. Bill came in first and sat on one of the couches in front of us. The rest of the band filed in and sat down around him. Andy pulled me into his lap and stroked my hair. Bill introduced the rest of the band and we all started talking. Tom handed out beers and Ashley was soon on his third.
"So are you guys dating?" Bill asked me and Andy.
"Yeah." Andy quickly answered.
"How long have you been together?" He asked.
"Couple months." I said, looking at Andy. Finally, I had mellowed out.
"Beer pong anyone?" Ashley asked.
I might have been over reacting but Bill was way too interested in Alex. She was practlically fawning over him. It might have been just fangirling; but I didnt want to take the chance.
Tom got out the beer. I think I had too many. My voice was slurring and everything was blurry.
We had all been drinking and talking for a few hours. Ashley was as drunk as f***, I decided I should be responsible and get everyone to go home. Basically, only me and Bill were sober.
"Well, its getting late; we should probably all go home." I said, trying to stop a drunk Andy from giving me a hickie. Bill nodded. "Yeah, these drunk f***s will hurt themselves."
I stood and grabbed Andy's hand to pull him up. He groaned and slid to the floor. I sighed.
Bill laughed. "Need help?"
I nodded. He helped me pick up Andy by the arms and coach the guys out the door to our car. I guess I was driving.
Bill helped me shove Andy into the passenger side. I smiled gratefully at him.
"Hey, whats your number? We should hang out some time." Bill said. I handed him my phone and he put his number in, while I put my number into his phone.
"You okay with handling five drunk guys?" He asked glancing back at the guys who were talking about what blue waffles were.
"Uh, I...think I can handle them.... Shouldn't be TOO hard, right?" I looked at him. He gave me a sympathetic smile.
"Right." I took a deep breath.
"Well, see you around Alex." He waved goodbye to me and walked away.
I had to drop the guys off one by one at their houses. The ride was annoying. They were talking about the most random things. Landsharks; sour skittles; powerpuff girls. It was pretty entertaining. Finally, Andy and I got back to the house. I helped him through the door and into the bedroom. I shoved him into the bed and threw myself in beside him. Honestly, I hated drunk people. They freaked me out.
Andy was passed out, snoring loudly. Ugh, why did I have to be the responsible one?
