I periodically went up to check on Aidan and each time I did, Ethan assured me he was alright. Ethan hadn't let his brothers side, staying with him and watching over him since they moved him up there. And that was a couple of hours ago. It worried me, that Ethan was so worried. Something felt wrong about Aidan getting hurt. Not just that it was my fault, it didn't really feel like a coincidence.
I pulled Scott aside after my latest visit up to Aidan. "Scott, I need to go back to my house. You can come along and protect me if you want, but I need to go back. Get my stuff if we're going to be camping out here. I'll need clothes, and other stuff. Please."
"Fine, Stiles and I will go with you." He said.
He told the others what we were doing, and then we left. We got into Stiles' jeep and they drove to my house. Stiles backed right into the driveway and they ushered me inside before anyone could see me. I then proceeded to run up the stairs and into my bedroom.
I put on the black joggers that I had got out the previous time I was here, and grabbed a duffel bag from my closet and started throwing clothes inside. Casual and relaxed clothes, fancy and for school clothes. After I was confident that all the clothes I would need, I moved into the bathroom and threw all my necessities inside as well, hairbrush, toothbrush, toothpaste and anything else that I might want for the entire time I'd be away from home. I put things in the bag that I might not even need.
"Okay, I'm ready." I slung my bag onto my shoulder as I walked back into the living room. Only Scott was sitting there, and I assumed Stiles was in the kitchen raiding whatever food was in the fridge or the cupboards.
"I'll just go get Stiles..." I grabbed his arm.
"Wait. I need to ask you to do something. And I know you haven't really done this before, but I would really appreciate it if you would-"
"No, Scarlett. I won't do that." He cut me off with his protest.
"Why? You know it would help!"
"I am not going to do that! There is no way!" He exclaimed.
That's when Stiles decided to walk back into the living room. "What?" He asked with a face full of food.
"Scarlett wants me to do something and I won't do it." He looked back at me. "I'm sorry, Scarlett, but I will not do that for you."
"Come on Scott, please!" I held out my arm. "You can do it now!"
"And if it doesn't work?"
"Then Giselle gets what she wants." I finished.
