We were all gathered in the kitchen eating sandwiches. You know, for spies, they don't make a bad sandwich. I stand up and push my chair in and then grab my plate and walk over to the sink to wash it off. When I did I heard whispers behind me. I glanced over my shoulder and watched as the boys leaned in and spoke to one another. I tried to listen in on what they were saying but I couldn't make it out.
"I know mate! Just listen hear, if he likes her then why not? She's here for good anyways!" I heard Louis whisper. He sounds like he's talking when he whispers because he is so loud. What did he mean? Likes her?....wait, Harry! The kiss! I then dropped the plate into the sink, making it shatter into pieces. I could feel the eyes on me. I turned around.
"I'm sorry, I, it just slipped!" I said a little stressed. I then turned back around and tried to pick the pieces of broken glass up and out of the sink.
"Wait! Kai! Stop! I'll pick it up!" Harry yelled.
"No it's fine. I made the mess." I reassured him. But it didn't seem to work very well. He made his way over to me.
"Kai." He reached for my hands and pulled me away from the sink. "I got this, you don't need to cut yourself or anything." He said. I sighed and then stepped to the side. I watched as Harry picked up the pieces of glass and put them in the trash can. I didn't know what to do so I walked back to the table and sat down. When I did, the other boys got up and took their plates to the sink, then left the kitchen. Now it was just me and Harry. I sighed and looked out the kitchen window. "It's alright love. It happens." He smiled at me, his dimples making me smile back. "Come here." He commanded. I did so and stood up walking over to him. When I reached him he starred into my eyes intently. He grinned then grabbed my waist and lifted me up then sat me on the counter. "Man, how can such a small thing like you be so strong?" He asked.
"Haha, because I work out...well use to anyways."
"Oh really? And how fit are you?" He asked raising an eyebrow.
"Six pack!" I said smiling with pride. He grinned then lifted up his shirt. I gawked at what I saw...
"Eight pack!" He said winking. "But don't worry you'll get there." He chuckled and stood there for a moment. "Uhm, yesterday morning, in the training room, you're not bad." He locked his eyes with mine.
"Haha yeah, but this is coming from a guy who got beat by a girl!" I giggled. His eyes grew wide and he smiled big showing his white teeth.
"Hahaha, hey now! Don't make me beat you!" He laughed. "But uhm, I wasn't talking about the fighting." He grinned cheekily.
"Oh.." I blushed realizing he meant that I was a good kisser. His eyes grew softer as he realized he's the reason I blushed.
"Uhm, hey, I was wondering..."he paused and took a deep breath letting it out with a big puff. "Would you uhm, wanna go to dinner tonight? You know, get out of the house and look around?" He scratched the back of his head.
"Like, a date?" I asked. Hoping the answer would be a...
"Yes. Well, if you're okay with it?" I smiled and nodded. He grinned big and pulled me into his arms. Wow, he gave amazing hugs! And he smelled so good. "Great! I can't wait!" He sounded really excited. "I'll go let the guys know!" He dashed off and left the kitchen.
"And then there was one..." I said aloud to myself giggling. Wow, a date with Harry? I got flutters just thinking about it. I jumped off the counter trying not to land wrong in my ankle again, it's healed but I'm still a little nervous to jump on it. I walked over to the stair case and climbed up. I walk down the hall and into my room.
