13. chapter 13.
I met molly at my locker and we headed out, relieved to be off school for spring break now. I smiled wholeheartedly at her. I looked across the parking lot and saw Dylan and his friends, luckily Mackenzie wasn't one of them. He looked up at me and then quickly looked back down at his friends. I sighed and got in her car. "What's wrong babe?" she asked and patted my knee.
I took a deep breath and prepared for what I was about to tell her. "Dylan kissed me." I said fighting back the ever growing smile.
"He what?!" She sputtered almost losing control on the wheel.
"Yep. He kissed me, and then totally ignored me in the parking lot." She glanced at me, a grin spreading on her face obviously only hearing the part where he kissed me. I smiled too.
"Sooo?" She pressed.
"He's an amazing kisser." I winked.
With that she turned up the radio and we sung the lyrics to dark-horse by Katy perry. We raced up to her room when we got there. We decided to watch a movie. We sat back on her bed and stared at her flat screen T.V. as Anchor Man 2 began. i wasn't paying attention during the movie I was lost in my own thoughts about Dylan. His lips felt so right on mine. I hadn't noticed i had sighed until Molly looked at me questioningly.
"What is it babe?" She asked concerned, "Is it Dylan?"
"I don't know what to expect." I sighed
"Zoe if you want it, you take it." Molly smiled at me. "You love him, that's all that matters." I pondered this. I didn't know what to say, so I just nodded and focused back on the movie.
I tried to concentrate on the screen but i couldn't keep my mind off the kiss. Finally I gave up and went to sleep
