Summer came and it was green everywhere. Harry managed to find work and he drove around in the garbage truck. He emptied people's dustbins and actually he liked his work. He had to move on the body, at the same time, he earned money. Niall didn't manage to get a single work, because of his lack of education. Therefore, he was as a housewife and made sure that Harry always had food on the table when he came home from work.
One evening when Harry came home sat Niall on the couch and tried to play on a guitar. Harry was surprised and just stared at him.
"Where'd you get that one from?"
Niall smiled weakly and met his gaze.
"You know the girl under us? She's moved and I helped her to carry things out. As a thank you, I got the guitar."
Harry was surprised, seriously.
"So she gave it just like that to you?"
"I happened to mention that I always wanted to play an instrument and she said it was fate that I would take over it. Herself don't play on it anymore and she hates instruments."
Harry was impressed to the fact that Niall managed to take a few chords and he seemed to struggle to playing in the right way.
"That's great!" he received because of it. "Then you have something to do when I'm working?"
Niall laughed and shook his head.
"First, I wash, then clean the apartment and then I make food. This will I do when I have nothing to do."
"So what's for dinner?"
Direct startled Niall and blushed slightly.
"Oops, I forgot to cook!"
Harry laughed and couldn't help but kiss him.
"It's okay honey. It's just fun to have something to do?"
Niall practiced on the guitar every day and weeks went by, he became better and better. Eventually he even was singing to chords. Harry was just amazed that Niall had such a good singing voice.
"You should go for it?"
Niall shook directly on the head, but Harry didn't give up.
"I promise you that others will like your voice as much as I do."
When autumn came, Harry chose to go behind Nialls back. He sent a notification to a competition in town and he chose to broadcast in the letter a recording that Niall had done. After a few weeks the answer came. Niall had come into the contest.
"You're crazy!" he shouted instead of being happy. "They're going to laugh at me and they will be booing me out."
Harry hugged him and shook his own head.
"No, give it a try and I promise they hear that you're good."
Niall shook and was scared.
"But I'm so crappy at it?"
Harry held him tightly in his arms and kissed his cheek.
"Honey, if they boo, I promise to directly buy the mirror to the ceiling."
Niall was startled and stopped.
"Are you serious?"
Harry nodded and smiled at him;
"Whatever happens, are you the winner?"
Niall seemed to mind after a while.
"If they don't like me, you buy the mirrors and attach it over the bed?"
Harry laughed and nodded so that the hair bouncing on his head.
"Yes, I promise."
"Okay!" Niall mumbled directly and seemed suspicious. "You promise?"
Harry laughed and could do nothing but like the situation.
Niall picked out clothes in good time. He practiced even some songs and he tried to take it deadly serious, though he wanted the mirror over the bed.
The evening before the performance took Harry with him takeaway home. He had been on Nialls favourite restaurant Nandos and bought with him the chicken and some more. They sat and ate and talked. It was as if they both enjoyed the last day when everything was as usual. They then went to bed in good time, so that Niall would have to sleep.
