Well after i cried about all that shenanighans in chapter 19, i felt so much better. The song i was listening over and over was called "swing life away" by MGK. That song made me sink in how much emotion was there instead of lyrics. The lyrics were his feelings and he poured out the feelings that make a song. Whenever i just need to be alone and just think i listen to that song. Colson made me feel all the emotion in that song. He made me think about what he's been through. I'm so lucky that i don't have to live like Colson did. Colson literally started from the bottom, with nothing and now to me his motivational. He motivates me with all his emotions. Most of us are lucky because we don't have to live like Colson did. Colson lived and still is living without a father. Tbh i think his dad didn't have the balls to even take care of him. His dad dipped out of his life. While i'm complaining about my dad, Colson didn't even have his dad there to support him. His life was harder then most of ours were. Colson has a real gift. His gift is that when he pours out his emotions you realize how easy you have it. Colson had to sleep on floors and couches, while we're in our beds. Colson had to make a way to make money, while we just get handed money. Colson pushed and pushed to make it where he is, while we're over here waiting for something to get handed to us. Colson wrote down his feelings and turned them into songs and rapped about it and practiced that's why it's perfect right? While we're sitting on our asses doing nothing to help us make our/your dream. That's how he made it, he hustled and hustled and hustled and look where he is now. He busts his ass everyday so him and his daughter can make a living, while we don't have to get up and work. We just sit around and wait until our parents give us something. At least be grateful for what we have. I bet you Colson is thankful for everything he has.
You guys be grateful that you have what you have. Listen to swing life away
