I sat there and cried while Justin kept bagging on the door and yelling for me to come out. He was angry. Not at me, himself. He kept on apologizing to me through the door. I sat there, cried and thought
*Is it my fault for giving it to him? Is it his for not wearing a condom? Or is it ours?*
The little voice kept on saying it was our fault. I couldn't speak.
Then I heard Justin crying. "Rose I'm sorry. It's all," he let out some tears, "my fault. Please come out Rose. Please, Rose. Please..." He kept crying. I wanted to open the door but my legs were shaky and I wasted all my energy on crying to speak. "Rose, at least let me know your ok," he cried, "please I'm worried Rose." I didn't say anything but just let out silent tears. "Scooter kick down the door, I can't hear her." He cried.
"I'm fine." I said through the door.
"Please come out." He pleaded. I came out and we hugged while I cried on his shoulder. What would my mom say? She'll be so disappointed and angry with me. "Are you okay?" He asked.
"Let's go lay down on the bed." He said. What else can happen? I'm already pregnant.
"I don't think that's a good idea." Scooter said. Justin lead me in the room and closed the door.
"Dude she's already pregnant. It's fine if we're on the same bed now."
"Alright. How you feeling?" He asked.
"I'm scared, but I have to be brave for her."
"What about your career?"
"I don't care. She matters most." Justin said. Then he walked back in the room. He joined me on the bed where I curled myself into a ball. He laid down close to me and put some of my hair behind my ear. "You ok?" He asked, eyes still red from crying earlier.
"Yea." I put my head on his chest.
"We'll get through this together." He said. We heard a knock on the door. "Come in!" He yelled.
"Hey." It was Pattie.
"I'm so sorry Pattie. I really am." I said.
"It's fine. I was in your position too. I called your mom. I didn't tell her, but you're staying over the night."
"Thanks Pattie." I said.
"Go to sleep you two." She turned off the lights and closed the door.
"Here." Justin said as he gave me a shirt and some basketball shorts. We changed in the dark and fell asleep together.
"Rose. Wake up." He said.
"No." I put a pillow over my head so the light couldn't come in.
"Yes." He took the pillow.
"Seriously, Rose get-" He started to say. Then I ran into the bathroom, closed the door an threw up. Great, morning sickness.
"Rose? You okay?" Justin said as he opened the bathroom door.
"Get out. I don't want you to see me like this."
"Just morning sickness," Pattie explained as she pulled Justin out of the bathroom, "leave her alone." Then she closed the door. I continued to throw up for another 3 minutes. Then I brushed my teeth and brushed my hair and walked out of the bathroom. "You okay?" Justin asked.
"I'm fine. Morning sickness I guess. I'm just hungry."
"My mom made breakfast." He said.
"Alright." I walked out of the room to see two plates on the table that each had eggs and bacon with a side of toast. Then a note that read:
'Kenny & Scooter are still asleep. Breakfast for you two. Enjoy! -Pattie'
"Hey Justin!" I yelled from the little kitchen.
"Yea?" He said as he walked in.
"Your mom left, but she left us breakfast."
"Smells good." He sat down and gobbled his eggs in 3 minutes and I just stared out the tinted windows. "Aren't you going to eat?"
"No." I said.
"C'mon Rose, breakfast is the most important meal of the day."
"I know, but I'll eat when I'm hungry."
"Alright." He said. Then he finished the rest of his plate in 5 minutes.
"Morning love birds." Scooter yawned.
"Mornin'." Justin said.
"What are you staring at?" Scooter asked.
"Oh sorry." I said not realizing I was still staring out the window. "I'm going to take a shower." I walked into the bathroom and just took a long shower to think everything through. I came out 30 minutes later to find Justin and Kenny playing Xbox. I grabbed my clothes and changed in the bathroom then blow dried my hair. When I came out I saw Justin crashed on the bed with the controller in his hands. I grabbed it, turned off the console and fell asleep next to him.
