I did the finishing touches on my hair and sprayed some Someday on me.
?: You look so pwetty!
I turned around, seeing Jazzy in her pajamas. I smiled.
Me: Thanks, Jazzy.
Erin walked in the room, looking me up and down.
Erin: Justin chose the dress, didn't he?
Erin: It looks really good on you.
Erin: Anything else you have to do?
Me: Just brush my teeth and I'm good to go.
She nodded as I walked into the bathroom. I brushed my teeth, smiling to myself. I turned the water off, put my toothbrush away and wiped my mouth with a tissue. I walked out of the bathroom, looking at Jazzy and Erin.
Me: How do I look?
Jazzy: Like a pwincess.
Erin: Well, I suggest you get downstairs before you're late.
I nodded, taking my phone and walking out of the room.
I ran my fingers through my hair, nervous as hell. Normally I'm not that nervous on the first date, but for this one I am. I don't know why, though. Maybe it's because she actually became my girlfriend before I asked her out.
I straightened out my jacket, holding onto the purple envelope. I hope she likes this.
I walked down the driveway, walking towards a limo in front of me. The driver opened the door for me when I got there. Thanking him, I got in the limo as he closed the door behind me. He got in the driver's seat and started driving.
I walked out of the elevator, darkness covering the room. I walked over to the balcony, which was the only source of light available. I looked over the balcony, seeing the whole city of Toronto lit up. It was an amazing view. It reminded me a lot like home, which I miss right now. I sighed looking out at the view.
?: It's amazing, isn't it?
I turned around, seeing Justin standing there in all black. A black dress shirt, black jeans, black Supras, and a black leather jacket. He eyed me up and down, smiling.
Justin: I knew you'd look good in that dress.
My cheeks grew hot as I looked down at my black shoes. He chuckled, lifting my head up so my eyes would meet his. He handed me a purple envelope with my name written in black Sharpie.
Justin: The last envelope from me.
I took the envelope, opened it, and took out the purple note card.
Justin: Read it out loud.
I nodded as I began to read.
You mean the world to me. I don't know what I'd do without you. I'll be there whenever you cry. I'll fight for your safety each and every day. I'd even die for you. If someone takes you from me, I'll find you. I love you, Dawn Marie Johnson.
Love, Justin Drew Bieber
A tear rolled down my cheek just from reading it. I wrapped my arms around his neck, hugging him as his arms snaked around my waist. I pulled out of the hug, my hand resting on his cheek.
Justin: I meant every word I said.
I smiled, pressing my lips to his. He smiled, kissing back. We pulled away after five seconds, his hand grabbing mine.
Justin: Come on.
He pulled me towards a table. He took out a chair for me when we got to it. I thanked him as I sat down. He kissed my cheek then sat next to me.
Justin: How did you enjoy your activity today?
Me: It was fun. You should do it again one day.
Justin: I'm glad you liked it.
Me: *British accent*So what have you prepared for this fine evening?
Justin: Your British accent's horrible.
I playfully his his hand.
Me: But seriously, though.
Justin: You'll just have to wait and see.
I rolled my eyes.
We finished eating, wiping our mouths with our napkins.
Me: Did you make that?
Me: I never knew you cooked.
Justin: Well, it's a good thing we learn something about each other every day.
Just then, music began to play. I recognized the song, looking at Justin. He got up from his seat, holding out a hand for me.
Justin: May I have this dance?
I smiled, taking his hand as I got up from the chair. He pulled me away from the table into the middle of the room. His hands were on the small of my back while mine was on the back of his neck. We swayed back and forth as the music to Christmas Eve played in the background.
Me: Why did you have to make me go through all that today?
Justin: I wanted see if you really trusted me. If you didn't, you probably would have stayed at the house and I would have done this for nothing.
Me: Well, if I didn't go on your little scavenger hunt, I wouldn't have done anything all day. Plus, I would have missed you.
He kissed my forehead as I rested my head against his chest.
Justin: I would have missed you, too.
I looked up at him, seeing that spark in his eyes. He cupped my cheeks in his hands, staring into my eyes.
Justin: I love you so much.
I smiled, cupping his cheeks in my hands.
Me: I love you, too, Justin.
He smiles while pressing his soft lips to mine. I smiled against his lips as my hands slid around his neck. He pulled away slowly, leaving me breathless. His forehead rested against mine as he looked into my eyes.
Justin: Are you ready to go home?
I nodded. He took my hand in his.
He pulled me towards the elevator.
It's been about a month since we've spoken to Dawn last. She hasn't called us about Justin or anything.
Adriana and I are having a sleepover at my house.
Adriana: I wonder what's going on between them.
Me: Same here.
I turned on the TV, expecting to watch Souleater when the news came on. A picture of Dawn and Justin appeared on the screen.
"We've recently spotted Justin Bieber leaving the CN Tower in Toronto with a mysterious girl. No one knows who this girl is, but we're positive she's not famous. Is she Justin's new girlfriend? If so, what happened to Selena?"
Adriana changed the channel where Souleater was on. I looked at her.
Me: It could have been important.
Adriana: I know, but I don't want to get all caught up in that.
I nodded as I looked at the screen. As we began to watch an episode of Souleater, I kept pondering the question: Are they together?
We walked through the front door of his dad's house, our fingers intertwined. We sat down on the couch as his arms snaked around my waist.
Justin: Did you enjoy tonight?
Me: I did.
I looked up at him.
Me: I never though you'd be so romantic.
Justin: I already told you. When it comes to my girl, I try to surprise her.
Smiling, I wrapped my arms around his neck.
Me: You surprised me alright.
He smiled, leaning in.
?: Do that upstairs!
We looked in the direction on the voice. When we saw Jeremy standing there, I got off Justin's lap and off the couch.
Me: I gotta change, anyways.
I walked past Jeremy and walked up the stairs.
Once she disappeared up the stairs, my phone went off. I took it out of my pocket and looked at the screen, 'Scooter' lighting up. I rolled my eyes and answered.
Scooter: Do you have any idea what you're doing?
Me: What are you talking about?
Scooter: You and Dawn? What the hell is your problem, Justin?
Me: I don't have a problem.
Scooter: Now everyone's gonna think you two are together.
Scooter: So?! Your reputation's on the line with her around.
I got up from the couch.
Me: How's my reputation on the line when she's around?
Scooter: Everyone thinks you're cheating on Selena.
Me: Well, I'm not. Selena and I are no longer together.
Scooter: Well, you need to tell them that instead of doing things with Dawn.
Me: One, I will tell the world eventually, and two, you can't keep me away from her no matter how hard you try.
With that, I hung up. I am not in the mood of hearing him telling me not to be with her. He doesn't even know her, so he can't judge her.
I sighed as I made my way up the stairs.
I walked out of the bathroom, drying my hair with a total when my phone went off. I picked it up from off the bed, answering without checking caller ID.
?: Are you two together?
I looked at my phone, seeing 'Tori' on the screen. I bit my lip, putting the phone back to my ear.
Tori: Don't try to think of a lie, either. I saw it on the news.
I froze. If she saw it on the news, then Scooter must have, too. Oh, God, this is bad. Really bad.
Tori: Hello, can I get an answer?
Me: Promise not to tell anyone?
Tori: Cross my heart, hope to die.
I took a deep breath.
Me: We've been together for three days now.
I walked up the stairs when I heard Dawn's voice. It sounded like it was coming from my room. I walked towards my room, her voice getting louder the closer I got.
Dawn: Didn't you want me away from him?
I'm guessing she's on the phone. I opened the door, seeing Dawn sitting on the bed with the phone to her ear. She looked up at me. I mouthed 'Who is it?' and she mouthed 'Tori' at me. I nodded as I grabbed a pair of sweatpants and headed to the bathroom.
Once Justin was in the bathroom, I stood up and walked over to the window.
Me: Anyways, enough about Justin and I. What about you and Logan?
I figured she was blushing.
Tori: Well, good news is he likes me.
Me: Really? Did he ask you out yet?
Tori: Sadly, no. He said he was still getting over his ex.
I rolled my eyes.
Me: Thank God Justin's over his ex. Otherwise, my head would be down all day.
Tori: Well, you're lucky. Besides, I doubt Justin had feelings for her once he met you.
Just then, I felt two arms wrap around my waist and a pair of lips on my neck.
Me: I gotta go. Justin's being clingy again.
Tori: Alright. I'll call you tomorrow.
Once I hung up, I spun around to face Justin.
Justin: I'm not clingy.
Me; Yes you are.
He took my hands in his and wrapped my arms around his neck. His arms went back around my waist.
Justin: No I'm not.
Me: Justin, you act like I'm gonna disappear if you don't hold me close.
Justin: That's because I love you. I'd die if you disappeared.
Me: You're exaggerating.
I took my arms off of his neck and pried his hands off of me, walking towards the bed. I sat down on the bed, putting my phone on its charger.
Justin: You okay?
He sat down next to me, taking my hand in his. I sighed.
Me: Tori saw us on TV.
Me: She did?
She lowered her head.
Me: What's wrong?
Dawn: If she saw it, then Scooter must have seen it.
Me: I already talked to Scooter.
She looked up at me.
Dawn: He still doesn't approve of me, does he?
Me: Sadly, no.
She lowered her head again, looking down at her hands.
Dawn: Let's not talk about this, okay?
Me: Let's just go to sleep.
She nodded, crawling underneath the covers. I laid down next o her, wrapping my arms around her waist and kissing her forehead.
Me: Love you.
Dawn: Love you, too.
With that, we were both out like candles.
