"Fred is a jerk!" Amaris sobbed into Ginny's shoulder
"How is my brother a jerk?" Ginny looked at me
"He told me he liked me..." She paused sobbing, then continued, "Then he said he was a wizard!"
"Oh," My eyes widened
"'Mione," Ginny hissed at me over Amaris' shoulder
"Um," I gave her a look and winced, "He wasn't lying."
"Hermione!" Amaris whipped around to face me, "You're in on his ruse?!"
"It isn't a ruse," Ginny shook her head
"Ginny!" Amaris glared at both of us through her tears
"It isn't," I pulled out my wand
"Oh, just stop!" Amaris threw up her hands
"Alohomora!" I pointed my wand at the door, it unlocked, and opened
"The wind," Amaris rolled her eyes
"Do you feel any wind?" I said sarcastically
"No," Amaris paused
"Exactly," Ginny put in, "He was probably telling you as a warning for when we leave for Hogwarts. You won't be able to go because you're a muggle."
"I'm a what now?!" Amaris' eyes widened
"A muggle, a person who doesn't have magical powers." I explained
"Oh," She nodded, "So, you're all wizards?!"
"Yes," I replied
"So," Amaris paused thinking, "Fred does like me?"
"Probably," Ginny made a face, "Ewwww!"
"What is Hogwarts?" Amaris asked
"It's our school of witchcraft and wizardry." Ginny said
"Ron, Harry, and I are in our fourth year." I said, "Fred and George are in their sixth year. And finally, Ginny here, is in her third year."
"There is another thing," Ginny looked at me
"What is that?" I raised an eyebrow
"The Quidditch World Cup," Ginny reminded me
"Oh, yes. Amaris, we will be leaving tomorrow for the Quidditch World Cup. Mrs. Weasley will be staying behind, though." I told her
"Oh," Amaris nodded
"You know, you should probably talk to Fred." I pointed out
"Oh, yes!" Amaris perked up, "I really ought to. You know what? I'm going to do that right now."
And she left the room.
