"C'mon boys." I say as we walk into the hospital. Niall walked us here. We walked over to the reception and I asked for Mrs. Katsopolis' room.
"Are you related to her?" She asked.
"Yeah, well these two cuties are her kids."
"If you're not related to the patient you can't visit."
"Oh, of course. I'm her.. younger sister, Emma."
"Well then, she's on the second floor room 210."
"Thank you very much." I say before walking to the nearest lift. We got to the second floor and walked down the long corridor.
Around room 201, being far down the hall because of the waiting and surgery rooms in the beginning of the hall, Nicky tripped and started crying. He had twisted his ankle. He was crying his eyes out. It was awful seeing this little angel like this.
I was not too sure what to do and there were no doctors around, or people, who could help. I figured there were doctors in their mums room, so I picked up Nicky and walked hand in hand with Alex to room 210.
"Mommy! Daddy!" The little ones shouted, Nicky still crying a little, and Alex running to the hospital bed his mother was resting in. Nicky wanted to too, but his foot hurt, and I was carrying him.
"Mr. Katsopolis?" I asked.
"Nicky twisted his ankle down the hall and there were no one around so I thought there would be a doctor here who could help him."
"Oh god! Is he alright?" Mrs. Katsopolis asked worried. Motherhood at its best, she's the one in a hospital bed being very sick, still she's worried of her son's twisted ankle.
"I'm not quite sure.., are you alright Nicky?" He nodded wiping his tears a little.
"It seems he is." I smiled assuringly at Mrs. Katsopolis. I carried him over to her and sat him down on the bed with his mother and twin brother.
"Oh, and if someone asks I'm your little sister Emma." I looked at Mrs. Katsopolis.
"Excuse me?" She said. I suddenly felt very unwanted and uncomfortable.
"Well.. Um..." I scratched my neck. "They said that, I-I had to be re-related to you to visit you.. I promise I only said it so I could bring your kids in to see you."
"Don't worry Emma, everything is fine." Mr. Katsopolis said.
"Tha-" I started, but someone barged in the door.
"Is everything okay in here?" A big buff man in a white doctor's coat said looking at Mr. and Mrs. Katsopolis.
"Everything is perfectly fine." Mr. Katsopolis said to the big man.
"I just heard that they let in someone who isn't related to Mrs. Katsopolis here, in this room." He said, I got really nervous and I think he noticed.
"It's you!" He pointed at me before grabbing my arm really hard, it took everything not to start crying just by his grip.
"Oh, well she's not directly related to my wife, but she is related to me."
"Then how come she said she was Mrs. Katsopolis' sister?" He tightened his grip and I let out a little whimper.
"She was afraid she couldn't bring in the twins if she wasn't directly related to my wife."
"How is she related to you then?" My arm hurt so much so to this point I was bleeding through my lip because I'm biting it so hard so I won't cry, nor scream.
"She's my niece, and I'm her uncle Jesse, and my wife is her auntie Becky." His grip lightened a little bit, but not completely.
"Is this true?" He looked at me, and all I could do was nod.
"Okay then, I guess everything is fine." He let go of my arm. I couldn't move my arm, it hurt so much.
"Well actually my son twisted his ankle down the hall, I wondered if Emma could take him to a child's nurse to look at it."
"Of course, I'll bring them there right away." I smiled politely at him. Luckily it was my left arm he hurt, so I could still carry Nicky. I lifted him off the bed and turned to walk.
"Me come too!" I heard Alex say behind me.
"Can he?" I asked, and both Mr. and Mrs. Katsopolis nodded and Alex ran over and grabbed my left arm. It hurt like hell, but I said nothing. I didn't want Alex thinking it was his fault.
We followed the big guy down to the first floor and to the child's section in the hospital.
"Down the hall, to the right and then the second door on the left, there should be a nurse there to help the little one." He said and walked off. Finally if you ask me, I can't say I'm very fond of him.
We got to the door and I let go of Alex' hand to knock on the door, and it took a lot of lip biting to get through with it.
"Come in." I heard a soft male voice, very unlike the big guy's voice. I slowly lifted my arm and opened the door, because any sudden movements would really hurt.
"Hey, what seems to be the problem here?" The nurse said, and I must say, he is quite a stud.
"Well, little Nicky here twisted his ankle about twenty minutes ago, and I thought I would check on it." I went in and put Nicky down on the doctor's bench for Dr. Chase, as his name tag said, to take a look at Nicky's ankle.
"So are you his mum?" He looked up at me.
"What? No, I'm his c-cousin." Damn that stupid stutter!
"Oh, so are you single then?" He smirked to himself.
"Excuse me?" Is that even legal?
"Just wondering. " He shrugged.
"Anyway, everything seems to be fine, all he need is a little rest and I bet he'll be back running in no time." He smiled lightly while going to a drawer taking out a little bandage.
"I'll just put this on to support his ankle." He told me as he rolled up Nicky's trousers.
"Okay, and no by the way."
"No?" He looked questioning up at me.
"I am not dating anyone at the moment." He was very cute so I could at least tell him this. He smirked, and how cute wasn't he when he did that?
"Oh, would you mind going out for a drink sometime then?" He looked up at me still putting on the bandage on Nicky's ankle. Wow, he certainly do work fast.
"Well, I don't know. I'm going on tour in a while, with One Direction and I'm kind of watching these two till then."
"You know, you could've just said you weren't interested." He actually looked a little hurt.
"It's not that I don't like you because I actually am telling the truth, but I guess I'll find someone who can watch them for one night and I'll go out with you." I said and I could see him looking happier already.
"I'll prescribe a lotion for Nicky's, was it?" I nodded.
"Well a lotion for his ankle to make it better faster." I smiled at him.
"Thank you, I do appreciate this a lot." He flashed a smile back at me, before writing down the prescription on a bit of paper, then for some reason he found another piece of paper and wrote something down on that too.
"Here are the prescription for the lotion, and a number for you if you would ever need any kind of prescription for yourself." He said and winked at me. I couldn't help, but blushing a little.
