I sighed as I sat on my chair and waited for my Physics teacher to start her class. Yesterday night, Aaron, Carter and Mike had arrived and we had to 'socialise' with them, something that I not quite fond of.
I rubbed my eyes and turned around the classroom trying to see if anyone was dying just like I was, and yeah, Nath was half sleeping on his desk. I was about to do the same when I felt an excruciating pain shoot through my head.
I grabbed my head between my hands and tried applying pressure, maybe that way the pain would go away, but it didn't.
The teacher entered the classroom and in that same moment I got up from my desk, bumping into every desk trying to run away from that classroom. The pain was too much and I couldn't handle it.
"Richer!" I heard Nath shouted behind me. "Richer!"
As soon as I thought that I was out of sight I threw myself to the floor and started rocking, the pain was too much.
"Shit Richer." I felt a presence behind me. "Are you okay?"
I shook my head.
"What is is sweetie?" I heard a no common voice ask me.
"Move Carter." Nath said. "Richer, love tell me what's wrong?"
"My head." I said in gritted teeth. "It feels like someone is hammering it, it's-"
Everything went black.
"I don't understand." Mr. Stalin's voice flew around. "She is not supposed to be suffering like this."
"Yet she is!" Nath exclaimed. "A plan?"
"Anything." Ax said. "We can't have her running out of class and passing out."
"I've been researching." Jared said. "We need to record all of her visions. They are some kind of puzzle to figure out."
"Hell then you should start." I said sitting up.
Everyone turned to face me. I lifted an eyebrow and stared at everyone.
"Any vision whilst you slept?" Mr. Stalin questioned.
"No." I replied.
"Stop lying." Carter accused.
"I'm not lying." I narrowed my eyes. "I still remember most of my visions though, I think I can help Jared."
"Here's the deal." Mr. Stalin said. "Jared, Ax, Nathaniel and Richer go figure out the visions. Keon, Aaron, Mike, and Carter come with me, we have to figure out some people."
We all nodded and moved to where we were supposed to start working. Jared was leading, Nath was next to me and Ax was behind, guarding as always.
We gathered in my room and sat to have a conversation about my visions. I memorised most of them, so we started mapping them out, trying to find a connection in all of them.
"Thirty-three!" I shouted laughing as I ran away from Keon.
"You cheated!" I heard Ax shout.
"It isn't cheating if you don't set up the rules!" I cried back.
It was Saturday and for the first time in a while, we were having fun. We actually seemed like normal teenagers, who were playing kiddie games on the backyard.
"Come back here!" Keon shouted.
"HELP!" I laughed and ran faster.
I made a sharp turn and fell to ground, rolling, and jumping back on my feet to run again, but I bumped into someone.
"Richer." Carter said.
"Sorry." I mumbled.
"Nothing to worry about." Carter winked at me. "Keon, Ax."
"What?" Keon questioned.
"Mr. Stalin wants for you to go inside." Carter replied. "He wants to have a word with the body guards."
"Sure." Ax replied. "Go find Nath Richer." He added messing with my hair.
"You can stay with me." Carter said. "If you want."
"I need to finish a Physics homework and Nath can help me." I said and walked away.
I'm not trying to be a bitch, but I really don't trust this Carter dude. There is something that doesn't quite fit with him...
I am going to figure it out.
