We got off the bus. I was relieved because the girls wouldn’t let go of the fact that I wrote the book. To be honest, I wrote it in grade 8 and 9, then my cousin published it without me knowing. I found out when she gave me a copy of my book on my 15th birthday and gave me a cheque from the publishing company. Not gonna lie… pretty awesome way to get some extra cash. I helped pay for the mansion my family lives in, and I still have some left over. The best part… I didn’t put my real name on the over. Nobody I’ve met that has read the book knows that I’m the author; well except my family and now the girls.
“How did you come up with the idea?
“How long have you been wring?”
“Are you famous?” were some of the questions they hounded me with. My phone wrang and I excused myself to answer it.
“Hello?” I answered.
“You could have told me.” He laughed on the other end of the line.
“Told you what?”
“That you’re a famous author.” He laughed.
“Well I was gonna mention it on our date tonight Jer.” I laughed. “Who knows what else I could have told you.”
“Truesay. Where do we meet?” he asked.
“My room, 8 o’clock. Dress code?”
“Mmm… semi- formal. I’ll be there.” He hung up. I hung up and someone tapped my shoulder.
“Someone’s having a good day.” Paris teased.
“What’s not to love about today? The sky is clear, everyone’s happy, I’ve got a date tonight, there’s a concert tomorrow.” I twirled. I’ve never been this happy before.
“It’s tonight?!” Paris cooed.
“Yeah. Since I’m back with El, Paul gave me my schedules from before. I get the night off.” I smiled.
“Mmmhmm. Use protection.” She teased.
“Par! I’m not like that!” I blushed.
“I’m not! I’m still a virgin…” I whispered.
“What do you mean how? I just haven’t done it yet. I would if I really love the guy, then it’s okay.” I explained.
“Soo… Jay wasn’t the right guy right?”
“Good! That guy seems like a total douche.” she laughed.
“Will you ladies come on! We have to hold back the fans again!” Eric called.
“Coming.” We said in unison. We got to our positions. This was my fifth time doing this. Paul didn’t allow me this position after I got shot. In all honesty, I’m still afraid to get beaten down by fans again. I got to my position and Paul counted down through our ear pieces.
“The boys will enter now.’ He said. The doors of the car opened. Jeremy, Eric, Roman, Jackson and Martin were with the boys. Theresa was behind the girlfriends. I pushed the girls back using as much lag strength as possible.
“OMG!! Harry’s coming this way!” a fan screamed. I took a peek over my shoulder. He was signing something for a fan. Then he came to the fans in front of me.
“Hey ladies.” He said signing a CD.
“Harry, what’s wrong?” she asked.
“You don’t look so good. Are you sick?... oh, your eyes are puff.”
“Hmm, yeah. I’m love sick.” He smiled. He sounded like he was joking, but serious at the same time.
“Well, I hope it all goes well.” She said with a big smile. Harry kissed her cheek.
“I hope so too.”
