Emily Lee - Chapter Seventeen.
I sat in the bed, sighing in relief. My little girl was gorgeous, but my boyfriend didn't even want to be near her. Why? Why was everything falling a part? If only -
"Em..." I heard a familiar voice say. "Harry..." I whispered, my eyes beginning to water. "Shh, don't cry. I'm really sorry, my little angel. I'm scared to have a child. Or was, but, that's not the point. I was scared because I thought 'What if I mess up?' and all these other questions. But Sofie told me all about her, all about you, and I want a child now. I'm ready." He said. I nodded, and reached up to hugged him.
He wiped a tear from my eye. "Now where's my little Kyla?" he asked. I giggled, and patted the mess of curls on his head. "Out in the foyer." I said. "You stay here, I'll be right back." He kissed my forehead before running out the door.
A doctor came into the room - Dr. Jessica Stuart. She was nice, and middle aged, so she's been through a lot in her life.
"Hello, Emily, how's it going?" She asked, closing the door lightly. "Good, unless you count the zombies. Hell," I said, a grin on my face. "How's life going for you?" I asked her.
The blonde lady smiled as she tied her hair up in a pony tail. "Great, unless you count the zombies." She said. I laughed a bit. "Just wanted to see how you were doing," Jessica said. "I have a bit of food for you, I've been pregnant before, and seeing as I now have two 20 year old girls, I know that it's hard to eat after you gave birth." She said.
"Food..." I licked my lips, grinning. I forgot to tell you - Jessica has two 20 year old girls. Macy and Molly. They both have blonde hair, and chocolate eyes. They are very pretty, I've met them before.
Jessica laughed. "Are you actually wanting food? You are the only pregnant woman I have cared for in all my life of hospitalizing wants food after they give birth," she told me. "One in a million, you are." She said.
I raised an eyebrow while a smile lit my face up. "Here's your food," Jessica said, placing a tray of beans, toast, and I think it was pork... "I have to go now." She said, but when she turned away, I grabbed her wrist. "Wait, what is that?" I asked, pointing to the 'pork'.
"That's chicken. Bye now." She said. "Bye." I replied to her, and began digging into my food. Man, she was right. All I hate was half of the chicken, the toast, and a quarter of beans.
I'll give them to the dogs... wait... the dogs?
Holy shit. Where are they? "SOFIE! SARAH! GUYS!" I screamed. In no time, they were in the room. "Where are the dogs?" I whispered. Sofie's eyes widened. So did Sarah's, Niall's, Louis', and everybody but Liam's. He grinned. "I brought them here. They are in my room." He said. Everybody sighed in relief. "Take this to them. And shouldn't they have had their puppies by now?" I asked, confused.
Liam chuckled. "They did, yesterday. It was going to be a surprise for when Kyla was born, but oh well."
Everybody sighed in relief.
This has been one very long day.
