In That Girl, a girl by the name of Bri finds out she is more than just a normal freshman in high school. With a new all-girls school, mean girls, and the fact she hides a secret only one person can trust. Who is that person, and who is Bri Olsen?

9. The End?

I have to write this quick so here it goes:

Mariah, Annie, Lia, and I hung out at Mariah's house and she gave us a very big surprise!

     "Hey Bri," Mariah starts.

     "Yeah," I say.

"Lia told us about" she says.

     "WHAT??!" I scream.

"Okay, look, she only wanted to know what was wrong." Lia says.

"You know what?" I say "I don't care if they know, I don't care if the WHOLE SCHOOL knows, tell them, see if I care."

I start to walk away from my friends, but I heard Lia's concerned voice behind me.

     I felt a breeze.

     "Ummm, Bri?" Lia says.

"What." I say without turning back

"Why.. ARE YOU GLOWING?" I hear Lia scream, but came to be a whisper for the breeze turns into a storm around me.

"The light. I knew it!" I say "It was the light that would cure me. I feel the light from other dimensions as it comes back to me. On the planet Bri-topia, I am the princess, my parents had us teleported to Earth to start out fresh. Or at least try. We had to move so many times because I would be bullied by the boys calling me "Space Head", "Alien Brains", or the worst "Princess Bri-Bri From The Planet Bonkers"."

My friends start to vanish as I return to my home planet with a large screen in front of me.

"Bri," Annie, Lia and Mariah say, "You, I mean You look beautiful."

"Thank You," I say, almost forgetting my alien-princess voice, "I have this screen where I can watch you when you want to see me. I will visit Earth about once a month. You will know by a full, round moon in the sky."

"Bri," my friends say, "we are sorry for all you have been through, and thank you."

"I gift each of you," I say "a full moon pendant. When the moon is at it's highest, it will glow, to signal I will be coming to visit."

My friends and I talked a while more, but I got very tired.

I lay my head to rest.

Deeper, and deeper I fall into sleep, only to wake up and write in my journal:

"Today, I found out something. Something incredible, something no one can understand. It is a secret only one person can trust. I am Bri Olsen, and I am 14 years old."

Thank you for sticking along with this short but grabbing book. I love you all to the moon and back. <3,
