I woke up, and my room was silent. Like too silent. All I remember is falling asleep in Niall’s arms, and him softly singing a song in my ear. It was So Sick, by NE-YO. I’ve never really heard that song before, but I liked it when Niall sang it to me. I brushed out my hair, put it up into a bun, and walked down stairs. I could hear laughing from the kitchen. I walked in, and saw Niall sitting at the island.
“Good morning Alice,” my mom said.
“Morning love,” Niall said.
“Morning,” I responded.
I went to the fridge, and grabbed the orange juice. I grabbed three glass, and poured everyone a glass of orange juice. My mom was making chocolate chip pancakes, and bacon. I sat down next Niall, and he wrapped his arm around me. I could feel myself start to blushing. My mom handed us our plates filled with pancakes and bacon. My mom went to go take a shower, before she had to leave for her job interview. She was going to leave me alone, so then I could do whatever. I might go shopping, but I don’t think I was going to.
“What are you going to do while your mom’s at her job interview?” Niall asked.
“Ummm...I don’t know. I was thinking about going shopping, but I might write some music,” I responded.
“We could hang out all day too, if you want.”
“That would be great!”
“Should we hang out after your mom leaves?”
“Yeah. She should be leaving around tenish.”
“Okay. I’m going to go back home, but I’ll come back at ten.”
Niall kissed my cheek, and walked out the front door. I moved my hand to my right cheek, and smiled. I walked up to my bedroom, and changed my clothes. I threw on my long white love shirt, some leggings, and my sneakers that are like the Jordan shoes. I know that Niall is just coming over, but I had like two hours. I wanted to do a little shopping. I texted Niall, we’ll more like I wrote him a big note, and put it on the top half of my window. A few minutes later, I looked towards Niall’s window, and saw that he had responded. His note said:
I’ll meet you outside at nine, so then we can go shopping
Niall was standing in the window next to his note. I nodded, and went to go get my wallet. I went to my closet, and grabbed one of my purses, and went to my mom’s room.
“Mom!” I yelled from outside her door.
“Yes?” She responded back.
“Niall and I are going to go shopping!”
I checked my phone, and noticed that it was eight fifty five. I took my hair out of my bun, and slipped on my gray beanie. My bangs came in front of my eyes, but I move them back. I said goodbye to my mom, and walked out the front door. Niall was waiting on his front porch, and when he saw me,, he stood up. I walked across the street, and we started walking. towards the mall. It wasn’t very far from our homes.
Once we got there, and walked into one of my favorite stores, Rue 21. I saw three cute tops, some shorts, boots, and some jeans. I bought all of them, and we carried on to a different store. I saw Ulta, Aeropostale, Maurice's, Old Navy, Famous Footwear, and then Niall and I decided to hit the foot court for some lunch. I got Subway and he got some pizza for himself. We just chatted while we ate.
After lunch, we decided to go back to my house. Niall ran to go get something, and came back minutes later. He ran up the stairs, and when I saw him in my doorway, I saw that he was holding his guitar. I smiled, and grabbed the spiral that I use for songwriting.
We spent hours writing songs, and just fooling around. I could hear the front door open.
"Hello!" My mom yelled.
"Hi mom! We're just in my room!" I responded.
I could hear my moms footsteps carry on, onto the stairs. She stood in the doorway. She had a grin plastered on her face.
"Did you get the job?" I asked.
My mom nodded. I ran and have her a hug. She then went to her bedroom, and walked out in lazy day clothes. Niall and I continued to write songs. One was called I Wish, More Than This, Same Mistakes, Taken, and Summer Love. We hung out for basically five straight hours or maybe more.
All of a sudden Niall leaned in, and I could feel his lips on mine. They were soft, and they fit right in with mine. I've never felt more happy in my life.
