"I can see you, Natara Hayes."
My heart skipped a beat in fear upon seeing the text.
"That's it." Chase grunted.
I looked at him, puzzled.
"I'm sending this to one of the teachers."
I stopped him before he could make another move.
Another text came in.
"Show this to anyone else, the brunette gets it."
"B-brunette?" I stuttered.
His eyes widen. "I don't think this 'brunette' is you, Nat."
I nodded in agreement.
"Shit." He whispered.
"Did he mean Emily?" He continued.
"Guys!" Another voice shouted.
Me and Chase turned to see the source of voice- Emily.
In an instant, Chase hid my phone in his pocket.
Emily looked clueless, "Why'd you hid her phone?"
"Yeah!" I agreed.
I continued, "No, a guy sent me a text sayi-."
Chase hit me with his elbow.
I eyed him. He widen his eyes, as a sign to stop talking.
Chase laughed, stopping the awkwardness. "A guy sent her a nude photo."
I coughed. A nude photo.
"Really? Can I see it?" Her eyes lit in excitement.
"What- no! I'm deleting it! And why are you here anyway? You have lunch detention!" Chase replied, deleting the text.
She laughed. "Talk about an over-protective friend. Oh, and I bailed."
I rolled my eyes. Typical Em.
He sighed, relieved.
She took a sit, finally, and sighed. "Why the sudden tense?"
I grabbed my phone from Chase, standing straight. "Emily, if a mysterious stranger- probably a guy approach you, kick his crotch and run."
Emily looked at me, puzzled. "What are you talking about?"
Chase continued for me, "She's right."
Before Emily could say anything, I spoke. "I have Geography after this. Don't want to be late for Georgie, huh?" And with that, I left from the cafeteria.
[Third Person's POV]
"Kick his crotch, huh?" I smirked.
That guy. Chase. I need to get him away from Natara.
[Natara Hayes' POV]
"Page 36 will be your homework, and send in by Monday. No excuses." Georgie spoke up.
The bell rang, and everyone raced outside.
Chase and Emily was already at my locker, waiting.
I smiled at them, placed my books in the locker and left, walking home with them.
We stopped at Emily's, dropping her off. Leaving me and Chase walking home.
"Natara." Chase called, seriousness in his voice, as we walked down the pathway.
"Are you sure about this?"
I looked at him, "About what?"
"The messages you've been getting. You're sure you do not want to report it to the police, or something?"
I chuckled. "Police? This isn't that serious, Chase."
"Isn't stalking someone a crime? I don't know. It probably is."
I smiled at him. "It's okay. Aren't you worried about Emily?"
He sighed. "He has Emily as hostage too! This should be reported, you know?"
"Let's just ignore and endure for now."
He was forced to agree with me, and kept quiet.
"Ignore?" A voice spoke up from behind.
We turned around, revealing a mysterious- yet familiar man in seconds. He was wearing sunglasses, a coat and has facial hair.
I studied him, and I guess Chase did too.
"Mr. Clark?" Chase voiced.
He took off his sunglasses.
"The girl is coming with me."
