"Get your hands off her, Jaxon Hunter."
Our attention towards each other parted, which now landed on Adam.
I sighed in relief, thanking him.
"Oh god." I heard Jaxon whisper.
"Get your hands off her, did I fucking stutter?"
Jaxon leaned in closer, smirking in process.
His breath hitched on me, making me more uncomfortable.
Adam shoved him away from me, hurting him.
Jaxon stumbled backwards.
"You have no rights over what I do, Adam."
"Really? I don't? Even when, hmm, I don't know- your teacher?" He said, in a sarcastic tone.
Jaxon straightened himself. "I don't give any shits about you."
"Now you're cussing? Nice manners."
"And guess where I learned that?"
They were fighting, but not physically, which relieved me.
"You don't control me, cousin."
My eyes widened, cousins?
"Ah, now's the fun over, right?" Jaxon smirked.
"And you question where I learn to cuss."
Adam pushed Jaxon towards the wall, "You don't play a girl like that."
Jaxon raised both of his hands, "Alright, alright. My fault."
Adam let him go, walking away. Of course, he had to drag me away from Jaxon.
Still holding on my wrist, he dragged me into the parking lot.
"Don't you think you'll scratch your reputation like?" I screamed.
He let me go, in the middle of the lot, where it was empty.
"You okay? Did he do anything to you?"
I rubbed my wrist, "You're giving me more pain, though."
He felt guilty, and gently placed his hand on my wrist, and examining my wrist.
It was quiet, and it was really awkward.
"Shit, I'm so sorry." He said, his eyes piercing into mine.
I smiled, hinting that it was okay. The pain was slowly fading away.
His eyes were still staring into my eyes, as he was still gently massaging my wrist with his hand.
The atmosphere wasn't tense, but it wasn't completely calm too.
Our bodies weren't even inches apart, it was just an air gap!
Suddenly, he pushed himself on me, pressing his lips on mine.
I was surprised for a while. What I was worried about was, what would people think if they see us?
But I found myself kissing him back, and it was pretty clear that I was enjoying it.
I know I shouldn't, but it was a pleasure. A total mind-and-body pleasure.
He released my wrist and placed his hand on my back, pushing myself into him.
It was a sweet pleasure, and it was only a matter of time until he released me.
I blinked, not believing what just happened.
"I am so sorry, Nat. I wasn't supposed to do this." He said, in a rush.
He quickly let go of me, completely.
He intended to leave, but before he could do anything, I quickly grabbed his arm.
He turned, facing me.
I gave him a weak smile, "Thanks for backing me up, just now."
He nodded, and quickly left.
I was left alone in the lot, feeling really lonely.
What is this feeling I'm having?
My heart is pounding, any more faster, and I think it will just jump out of my chest!
Damn, what have I done?
I've been receiving a lot of apology messages from Jaxon, which I've completely forgotten of.
I didn't mind what he had done, honestly.
I kept on replying, that it was alright. It resulted with a conversation with Jaxon late at night, and honestly, I enjoyed his company.
It kept me away from thinking about Adam.
Every time I think of it, my heart just pounds and I start to shake.
I'm not falling for him, am I?
I shouldn't, right?
He's been my bully since- forever!
I lost count.
Craving for water, I placed down my phone on the bed and went to the kitchen for a glass of water.
Coming back, I received a lot of messages.
Of course, you would think it was from Jaxon.
But hey- it wasn't.
It was a total of six messages, in a matter of 10 minutes.
For fuck's sake, man.
He suddenly called up at the middle of the night.
Of course, I wasn't expecting a pierced shout.
"Natara! What the fuck did you do?"
"What, Chase? What did I do?"
"You know what you did, Natara Hayes."
"Um, no. I really don't!"
"You want me to tell you, what you've done?"
"Be my guest, Chase."
"Why the fuck were you kissing Adam?"
Oh damn. By then, I knew I was in a real shit.
