Sliding down the pipes, Scarlett was surprisingly calm. After Fluffy, this wasn't that bad. Until, they meet that Basilisk. Then, they finally fell through out of the tunnel, onto a bony surface. Scarlett's calmness sort of turned into panic. For that bony surface was actually bones. Skeletons. Millions of them.
Scarlett swallowed as she followed Harry and saw something. A skin. About sixty feet long. "Shredded skin of the Basilisk." Scarlett said, "Well, at least we know what we're up against." Lockhart fainted.
"Heart of a lion, this one." Ron exclaimed, nodding toward Lockhart. Lockhart suddenly got up, grabbed Ron's taped wand and said, "The adventure ends here! I will be back at the castle, to tell the people how the girl died, because you three tragically lost your minds, at the sight her her mangled body. You first Mr. Potter, say goodbye to your memories. OBLIVIATE!" The wand backfired, sending Lockhart flying, hitting the wall and sending rocks to fall, separating Harry and Scarlett from Ron and Lockhart.
"Ron! Ron! Are you okay?" Harry asked.
"Harry I'm fine but Lockhart doesn't know who he is! The charm backfired."
"Luckily, he chose your wand instead of mine." Scarlett muttered.
"We'll go and find Ginny, until then, try to find your way through these rocks." Harry told Ron.
The twins walked toward a circular door. Scarlett stared at the door. She said, "Open." hoping that it would open. To her surprise it did. She didn't focus like Harry did before.
The twins walked through the door. The place was huge. It had four snakes on the left and the right side of the room. There was water in between the snakes. In the center, there was a statue of an old man, with his hair looking like he was floating on his black in a swimming pool, planted in the wall.
Then the twins saw Ginny. They ran toward her. Harry whispering, "Ginny, please don't be dead. Ginny wake up!"
"She won't wake." Said a voice, from behind them. The twins turned around to see the teenage boy they saw in the diary. "You're Tom Riddle." Scarlett stated.
