10. Hex Hall by Rachel Hawkins (Hex Hall 1)
Hex Hall, Rachel Hawkins
YA Urban Fantasy
Read: November 30 to December 13 2013
Hex Hall was a fun, light and quick read! Therefore, I will make this a light and quick review too.
Things I liked:
Sophie's voice! Brilliant! I loved her sarcasm, her storytelling, her everything!
Archer! He was a great love-interest, because he was so flawed. A douche sometimes, really! But he could also be so very sweet. So human!
And the description of magic, and how it felt.
Things I didn't like:
The shallowness of it. I think that is all. It was a great read, but maybe a little too light for me
