2. Chapter 2

 --Thor's POV--

"WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING?" Jane roared at me "YOU ARE TRUSTING MY 20 YEAR OLD NEICE TO THAT PSYCO!!!!" I thought no-one could yell louder than Loki....I thought wrong.

"Jane, Please!" I begged "I trust him, after everything he has done. He is my brother."

"No he's not." She stated cooly. That really hurt me, and I guess it showed because moments after she wrapped her arms around my neck.

"I'm sorry darling." She said as she hugged me "I trust you, and you trust him. That should be enough for me." I can feel myself crying

"You're too good for me, Jane" I said, tearing up and trying to get the words out.

"Don't you ever say that babe."

-later on-

 --Loki's POV--

Today I have to go to Asgard to collect 'Melody' and I have no idea how this happened but Thor convinced me to stay the night in Asgard. Shit. I am just going to not talk to anyone.

-at Asgard-

"Hello brother!" Thor beamed at me running at me to give me a hug. I froze where I stood and allowed him to hug me without hugging him back.

"It is late!" he said "Let us go back to the palace and go to bed."

I followed him to the palace even though I know the way by heart. When we got there I entered my old room and smiled slightly, this was one of the only two places I ever felt at home when I was in Asgard.

"You shall meet here in the morning" Thor smiled at me, like a child in a sweet shop. He was happy to see me and to have me back 'home' even for one night. I, on the other hand, couldn't wait to go back to Jotunheim.

I laid in bed for hours but I couldn't sleep. Tossing and turning for hours until I finally gave up on the idea of sleep. I got up and wandered tiredly to the gardens.

They were perfect, they always had been. Their one flaw was that they were in Asgard and that they were right outside the palace. There was nowhere to go to get away from the infernal gold shine. These Asgardians always over-do it when decorating, too blingy.

I was about to go back inside when I heard footsteps coming from near the building so I followed the sound until I saw a figure, hooded and cloaked, spraying some form of green paint onto the walls.

"Hey!" I yelled in a whisper voice. She looked startled and turned to run, so I made two me's and put one on either side of them.

"Busted" It whispered.

"Don't worry." I comforted "I hate it here, I won't tell a soul it was you." And with that I put my hands up to their hood and pushed it down. I was shocked. It was a girl, about 18-20 years old, with elbow length wavy hair. Her hair! It wasn't light brown, or blond or a light colour at all, it was dark like mine, only very dark brown. As far as I knew, no other true Asgardian has dark hair. It was very strange. Her eyes were a deep chocolate brown and she had olive skin.

I was about to ask her who she was, but then we hear one of the palace guards. Her eyes opened even wider than they already were and she looked terrified. I put my finger to my lips and mouthed 'run'.

"What about you?" she hissed

"I'll be fine, go!" With that she disappeared into the night. I looked up at the wall she had been spraying....It said 'ASS'Gard I chuckled to myself before running back to my room.
