16. Your natural winter make-up routine
Winter isn't about pounds of make-up. In fact, no season is! When winter rolls around, it's better to keep natural and rosy. Here is a make-up routine I would stick to. Alter the steps if you have to in order to get it to comply with your complexion. Enjoy.
Step One- Apply a concealer to imperfections across your face. Don't over do it though, even with simple concealer, you can end up on the bad side of beauty.
Step two- Apple a tinted moisturizer, such as a BB cream, over that. Make sure you blend into your neck as well. You can either use your hands or a beauty blender. All give you a flawless finish.
Step Three- Go in with a rosy pink, or deep red blush. Don't pack it on, you don't want to look like a clown! I recommend the Maybelline dream bouncy blush. You can find them at a local drug store, Walmart, Target or any other convenient store.
Step four- Find a good black eyeliner for your upper lash line. I recommend liquid but not everybody can easily make a straight line. Any black will work. If you are a blonde, I recommend a lighter color. Perhaps a gray or brown. Using this eyeliner, trace a thin line across your upper lash line, winging it out SLIGHTLY.
Step five- I recommend using a matte gray and blending it into your crease.
Step six *optional- Waterline and tightline with a black eyeliner. (Not liquid!) I recommend Maybelline, define-a-line eyeliner in ebony black.
Step Seven- Pop on a lip color of your choice and you're ready to go. Remember, it's winter! The perfect time to whip out that maroon, or burgundy lip color!
