26. Spring Body
Spring Break. Most people are out on vacations, filling the beach and having fun. Although body insecurities can weigh down a persons confidence. It wont make a difference in five minutes but soon you'll see your body begin to change. Also, keep in mind you don't have to do these all they're just ideas.
1) Jumping Jacks
This is probably the most obvious, and one of the easiest workouts you can do. I recommend doing anywhere from 1-2 minutes of jumping jacks, making sure to keep a continuous pace.
2) Wall sits
This will help your legs so much. Press your back against the wall and pretend you're sitting on a chair. Make sure to keep this position anywhere from 30 seconds to one minute depending on how much you can handle.
These are much harder then they look but planks are a nice way to tone your torso and strengthen your central body. Try two and one arm planks for the ultimate burn! Hold these anywhere from thirty seconds to a minute!
4) Chair steps
Pretend a (sturdy) chair is one single stair. Practice going up and down. One leg up, the next then the other leg down and repeat. You'll definitely feel your legs hard at work! Do these anywhere from one to two minutes.
No lie, you're not going to look...particularly attractive, but squats are a life saver! Do squats to get that nice bum some of you may want! Yet, not only does it help with that but so many other things! Try doing twenty to forty of these! Or as many as you can!
7) Leg Lifts
Press your body into a plank position. From there, lift one leg as high as you can and keep it there for five seconds. Slowly bring it down and repeat the process with your next leg. Try doing this for at least one minute.
If all else fails, dance! It's a fun and beneficial activity! Not only will you have a blast but your body will feel energized and fresh!
