I awoke abruptly, my whole body jerking awake. Since I was sleeping in a small bunk, my head ended up hitting the wood above me and I groaned in pain. I felt on my forehead, the bump already starting to form.
I squirmed out of from under the covers and jumped down to the floor. All the boys' bunks had the curtain closed, faint snores being too strong to be blocked my the thin piece of fabric. I sneaked quietly to the kitchen area. It was small, only having a chrome mini fridge and marble counter. Lined up against the counter was a few stools, the same style and bland color. I looked over at the small round clock on the wall. Five ten. The boys wouldn't be up for another couple hours. I sighed and slumped down in one of the stools.
I looked up lazily to find Harry in only sweatpants staring at me. His brown curls were a mess, strands sticking out at every direction. His eyes were bloodshot.
"Hey Harry." I yawned stretching out my arms. "Why are you up so early?"
He chuckled, the noise coming out husky. "I could ask you the same thing."
"I just couldn't go back to sleep." I sighed shrugging my shoulders.
Harry rolled his eyes, then his eyes wandered to my ignited forehead. The boy ran to my side and looked wary at my face and forehead. I laughed as he carefully rubbed my face with caution.
"What happened Anna?" He questioned. "Did you bump your head in the bunk?"
I laughed. "Is it that obvious?"
Harry returned the smile. "It's hard to get used to. The first night I not only fell out of bed twice, I hit my head seven times. And that was only the first night."
I couldn't help but laugh at his statement. My stomach started to hurt as my body coiled up into a ball. My body started to tilt to the side, and I could feel all my weight shift to one side. As soon as I thought I was going to fall, two arms wrapped around my body, stabilizing my balance.
"A little tipsy aren't you?" He chuckled letting go of body. I could still feel his arms around me, ghostly like. I looked up at him. He looked down at me longingly. It became silent.
"Gosh Harry, why must you be so perfect?" I sighed putting a hand on his bare chest.
"Funny, I was wondering the same about you." He chuckled cupping my cheek in his hand. I closed my eyes and soon Harry's smooth lips were pressed against mine, both pairs being perfectly in sync. I grabbed his curls, trying to decrease the space between us. In result, his chest ended up pressed against my body. I grabbed his shoulders and wrapped my legs around his waist.
"Anna. I. Love. You. So. Much." Harry gasped between feverish kisses. I smiled on his lips as he picked me up and placed me on the marble counter, his body grinding between my legs. I grabbed at his back, pulling him closer to me. I wanted him.
"Anna, I love you." Harry repeated breathless as he put his forehead against mine. His lips attached to mine softly again.
"I love you too."
He grinned and looked down at my stomach. He pressed his lips to my small bump.
"I love you too my dear child!" He whispered. Harry brought his ear to my stomach, as if the undeveloped infant would speak back. I laughed as his expression changed.
"Our child said they love me and their beautiful mother!"
Harry kissed my stomach a few more times before returning to my lips.
"Harry, our baby is going to love you." I whispered attaching my lips to his cheek. My arms were draped around his neck and we stared at each other lovingly.
"Not as much as I love you."
I kissed his lips again, both of us smiling.
At around seven thirty, the rest of the boys joined me and Harry for breakfast. We both made eggs and ham, making sure to have enough for everyone. Everyone was exhausted, everyone except Harry and I.
"Annalise? What do you like to be called?" Louis asked suddenly. His fork poked at his omelet.
I have him a peculiar smile. "Why?"
"I don't know. It seems no one is decided on a stable name for you." Louis shrugged taking a bite of his food.
I thought a moment. The name Annalise always seemed suitable for my sophisticated nature, but now, it just didn't sound right.
"How about we just stick to Anna." I finally said taking another bite of ham. Louis flashed me a smile.
"I like that."
I blushed and continued to eat. It took me a few minutes to realize I finished eating before all the boys, including Niall. To make things worse I was still hungry. Blushing, I grabbed more ham and eggs.
"Anna? Are you hungry enough?" I heard Zayn chuckle. I lifted my head up to see five pairs of eyes staring at me. They all had stopped eating, their forks down to their side. Niall looked at me through gritted teeth. I looked away, trying to stop the guilt from sinking in.
"I'm just really hungry." I shrugged not looking back at them. Soon, their forks were scraping at the plate again. I sighed in relief.
"Annalise? May I speak to you?" Niall asked. I looked up and nodded slowly. He grabbed my hand and led me to the bunk area. The space was tight, so my face ended up being only mere inches from Niall's.
"Your pregnant." He stated as he kissed my cheek.
I nodded my head in agreement. Niall smiled and grabbed my body towards his, pulling me into a long embrace.
"We're going to have a baby!" Niall yelled spinning me in a circle. I giggled at how ridiculous we looked. "I'm going to be a father!"
I faked a smile. But it's not yours.
"I'm so excited!" He hollered again. "Let's go tell the guys!" Niall grabbed my hand and pulled me to the kitchen area. All the boys were now working on their second serving, Louis and Liam close to finished.
"Guys!" Niall yelled grabbing their attention. "Annalise is pregnant! We are having a baby!"
Only Liam cheered for me. The rest of the boys just looked at me in shock.
"You guys will be the cutest family!" Liam said laughing.
Niall wrapped his arm around my shoulder, pulling me protectively to his side. I inhaled his soothing scent from his tee shirt.
"So, is it a boy or a girl?" Liam asked putting his chin on his palm. He looked at us wide eyed, his mind craving answers.
Niall looked down at me waiting for a response. I closed my eyes briefly.
"I don't know yet. It's to early to determine."
Niall smiled and kissed my hair before looking back over to Liam. Obviously he wasn't finished because he continued to ask me and Niall more questions. I started to zone out until he asked his final question.
I gulped nervously as my eyes grew in fear. Harry have me a hopeful look.
"A girl, I wanted Saraphina or Grace. A boy I wanted John or Harry." I mumbled shakily.
Niall let go of me and I heard silverware drop. All the boys stared at me as if my body was naked and vulnerable, their stares sending shivers up my spine. I could trace a smile forming on Harry's lips, but he tried desperately to hide it. I stood before them, praying one of them would speak about my response.
Harry was the first to clear his throat. "Well Anna, I love your choice of names. They're very, you." He said with a smile. I gave him a quick smile back. I mouthed the words 'thank you' and he mouthed back 'your welcome'.
"Yes, they very much are." Niall spat through gritted teeth. He stared coldly at Harry, his eyes narrowed. I pushed Niall's shoulder lightly, signaling my aggravation with his immaturity. He looked away from Harry, his face still deadly.
"Well," Louis started jumping from his seat. "I don't know about you guys but I'm up for a movie. Anyone want to come to the theater with me?"
I automatically raised my hand, trying to have an excuse for leaving this awkward situation. As soon as I raised my hand, Harry raised his. Then, Niall raised his and so on. Soon everyone was raising there hand like a student in class.
"Okay." Louis cheered clapping his hands together. "Me and Anna will meet you guys there." Louis grabbed my hand and pulled me out of the bus before Niall could object.
