I woke up in an unfamiliar place. What happened last night?
I sat up and a shooting pain went through my head, making me groan. The last thing I remember was loving the taste of that wine.
I pulled myself up and opened the door, peeking out. Did Louis bring me to his house?
I stepped into the hall and went down the stairs. Louis sat on a couch.
"Morning. You were hammered last night," he said.
"Ugh, please don't tell me I did something stupid," I said.
"Nah, just got us caught when we snuck into a pool," he said.
"Please don't tell me that's true!" I exclaimed. He chuckled.
"Chill, Emma. It was my friend Liam's pool. You did get us caught but it was by Liam so it's cool," he said. I sighed in relief.
"Anything else I should know about?" I asked. He looked like he hesitated for a moment, but I must've imagined it.
"Nope, you were just laughing at everything," he said. I shook my head.
"So this is your house?" I asked, looking around. It's a big house.
"Yeah, I hope you don't mind. You fell asleep when we were still in Liam's backyard and I didn't know where you lived," he explained.
"Yeah, thank you. I actually did have fun last night, from what I remember. And my parents would kill me if they found out I had wine, let alone been drunk," I said.
"If they'd kill you for that, wouldn't they also kill you for not showing up at home last night?" He asked.
"No, I've done it before. They trust me. They always will assume I had a sleepover with Lily, since I'm mostly with her all the time," I said. He nodded.
"Well I better get home, thanks for letting me stay," I said.
"You're welcome, but didn't you walk to the park?" He asked.
"Oh yeah, how close to the park do you live?" I asked.
"It's right down the street actually," he said.
"Oh well I live not far away, I'll just walk. Thanks," I said and walked towards the door. I heard him follow behind me.
"You're welcome it was fun. Thanks for meeting me. I'll see you around," he said as I stepped outside.
