Ricky was dragging me towards the hotel, talking on his phone the whole time calling his friends.
"How many are coming?" I asked worried after like the 5th pone call.
"That was the last one." Ricky said putting his phone back in his pocket.
We walked in silence for awhile. I had met Ricky on a practice mission five years earlier in LA. I had broken down in the middle of an alley over killing one of our instructors robots. Ricky had found me and just let me cry, he knew nothing about me but he still let me in. We had been friends ever since.
The golden gates of the hotel rose in the distance and a grin spread across my face. "Race you to the gates."
"Oh your on Maggie." Ricky whooped picking up speed.
We ran side by side keeping pace. The gates coming closer and closer. The last 100 feet I put power in my legs as I push forward. I reached the gates less then a second before Ricky.
"Damn girl." Ricky wheezed, resting his hands on his knees. "You're fast."
I let out a laugh. "It's just natural skills."
"Yo Ricky." A voice called. We turn to see a group of five boys walking towards us.
"Connor." Ricky called back. "You better hurry up."
The group of boys picked up speed making it to you and Ricky in seconds.
"Boys." Ricky said. "This is my friend Maggie."
I waved at them smiling.
"Maggie." Ricky started. "This is-"
"I'm Connor." The blonde one with a beanie said interrupting Ricky. "Connor Franta."
I let out a light laugh. "So if you're Connor who is this Kian I keep hearing about?"
A boy with messy brown hair and dark brown eyes stepped forward, his SnapBack almost falling off. "That would be me."
"Just warning you there is anther Kian in there, so I might call you Lawley." I said.
"That fine by me." Kian laughed.
"Well if you are done." The young looking boy laughed shoving his way past Kian and Connor, his blue eyes shinning out brightly against his brown hair. "I'm Trevor."
I giggled gently. "Nice to meet you Trevor."
Trevor smiled. "Oh and this is JC." He pointed to the curliest hair boy with a beanie on. "And Sam." Sam waved shyly at me, his piercings catching the light slightly.
"Good to know." I said. "And I'm going with you all know who One Direction is right?"
"Hell yea girl." Ricky shouted. "Let's go."
I let out another laugh, these boys were so easy to laugh with. "My friends Kian and Lucas, and my brother Jacob are the bodyguards, so be nice."
"We will." They say together.
I open the gates leading the way across the front area of the hotel around to the back. "We can go in this way."
They push past eager to get inside. "Go to the elevator, floor 25."
They race towards the elevator pushing and arguing. I follow behind them trying to contain my laughter.
I hop in the elevator quickly pushing the 25 button as the pile in. Kian, JC and Ricky were standing in the cornor whispering back and forth while Sam, Trevor and Connor were talking about One Direction. I stood there kinda quiet until the elevator dinged signaling we had reached our floor.
As the doors opened I heard Ricky whisper, "Now!"
Connor and JC grab me throwing me over their shoulders. Kian shoved his SnapBack on my head. Trevor and Sam jumped on Connor's and JC's backs.
"Picture Time." Ricky cried taking his phone out and posing in front of us.
"Beautiful." Ricky laughed showing us the picture, I was laughing my head off with the boys all round me.
"Look who we caught." The caption read.
"Oh my gosh." I laughed. "I love it! Send it to me."
Ricky nodded sending the picture in a group text, the boys adding my number.
Suddenly the door opened and Lucas, Kian and Niall walked out.
"Who are you?" Liam cried, his eyes blazing. "What are you doing to Maggie!?"
