My mom wakes me up.
"Come on sweetie wake up"
"You have to go to school, even if you don't like anyone"
"Why ??? .... ok I'll go"
I sit there.
I automatically sit up because one time is enough.
After I'm done I chug down my juice and get in the car. I'm not suprised, she's late for the meeting.
I will now be attending Lakersviell High School as a sophmore.
The principle hands my mom some pieces of paper.
I walk down the hallway.
I go to my locker.
For some reason I couldn't get my lock right. A tall guy with brown hair and brown eyes wearing a green long sleeve shirt grabs it and I step back.
He takes my piece of paper with the combination.
"So,I can tell your new to this school," he says.
"Uh yeah,I am."
'Need help with your classes ?"
"Nope, I'm pretty sure I know where I'm going."
"Yeah," I said even though I didn't think so.
Omg! why do I always do that?
The bell rings and I walk down the hallway to look to see which class I have,or who I'm with.
I turn away and look back.
Behind me is the same guy from last time.
"Wow, I didn't see you there"
"You know that class is this way right ?" he says and points upstairs.
"Yeah"I say acting like I know it all.
We both start laughing.
"What's your name anyway ?"
When lunch time came I sat on the grass.
My thoughts drifted off. This always happens, and then I end up blamming myself.
My mom could never take care of me,I couldn't take care of myself.
I remembered when he left.I keep on trying to forget that moment, but Its like a piece of gum stuck in my brain.
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU CAN'T DO IT ANYMORE ?" David,my dad screamed.
"I'M NOT LIVING ON THE STREETS FOR ONE THING!!"
"AND WHEN HAVE YOU NOT MESSED UP ?" my mom shouted.
"THAT'S DIFFERENT. I CAN'T EVER HAVE YOU HAPPY FOR ONCE!"he yelled.
That's when I was standing in the corner and he looked me straight in the eye.
He was walking towards the door.
After he left I was furious.
I ran and shut the door,so he knew that I wouldn't except him anymore.
I can’t explain how I felt that day. Maybe I saw it coming, and I let it get to me.
I know one thing now,it's that we never needed him.
