7. The Promise
"This is how its gonna go" my mom said while i took out a pen and paper to write it down. "Justin? You really have to write this down? Gosh just remember it...Anyways, first things first. Text her and tell her that you two are hanging out today." she said while handing me my phone.
Me. You. Hanging out today. Be ready.
"Okay now what?" i said lightly throwing my phone on my bedside dresser. "Now, how do you want to ask her out?" my mom said. "Romantically. But not too romantically. I want her to be surprised, and blown away. But not too blo-" "JUSTIN. You can't be too picky" my mom said. "I know, i just want it to be perfect mom" i sighed. "It will be honey, don't worry." she said rubbing my back. "What if she doesn't like it? What if she says no? Then what will i do?" i said throwing my head into my hands. "Nonsense Justin, she is going to say yes. I know of it." my mother said getting up. "Where are you going? I still need to figure out what I'm doing!" i said while throwing my hands up in frustration. "You will know, just you wait and see" she said with a wink and left.
Why cant she just tell me how im supposed to do this. I don't know what I'm doing. Think Justin, think.
I decided i would go for a walk for a little bit to get my mind working. I passed a couple of people sleeping on the streets. I felt so bad for them. I left some money by one man that was sleeping. I hope he uses it for something good.
