Firstly, do not expect me to be all like "Oh, it was so magical that everyday passed by like breeze…"
Bullshit. Grow up already!
People say karma is a bitch. But wanna know the REAL bitch? LOUIS TOMLINSON!!
I swear. I don't know how I fell in love with that little…. I don't know. He can be so damn convincing, you never know when you land in some deep shit and you just end up face-palming like "Shit! That little Doncaster prick did it again!" Yep, that's him.
Actually it wasn't that shitty. But waking up everyday to eat fruits, veggies, whole-grain meals and moreover MILK(two full glasses!!) was much of a hell for me(except for the part where Louis wakes up at about 5am to prepare all that for me). I knew that was all for the baby, so I had to shove aside all my needs and put up with the necessities of pregnancy. That brings me to point no.2.
Yoga. One of the things I just can't ever understand. It was about in my second trimester(that's the preggie term for '6th month'), I wake up one day to have my irresistible boyfriend tell me, "Giddy up! We gotta go!" I mean, it was about 6 in the morning, so where can we possibly go?
Turns out, where we did go was a Yoga session. In the rush, I had barely brushed my teeth, when the adrenaline content in my body reached its summit when I saw the pupils of the class. Gwen Stefani, and Mila Kunis…. Was this even REAL!?
Louis whispered to me, "Kate Middletown came here when she was pregnant too."
I snapped. "Yeah right. As if she will fly all the way from Europe for this."
He smiled and pointed to the red head in front. "She is the best trainer in the world."
Of course she is. That is why I was here, standing next to Mila Kunis, in my PJs. So there it was-Goodbye to my dear sleep, and hello to early-morning-hardwork. #KillMe
I looked at Louis at the door, and gestured him- 'You're so dead.'
He mouthed, 'My pleasure', took a graceful bow and went outside to wait for me.
Till today, I've been about a 2 month old student of that class, working my ass off everyday! PS- I wasn't the best student.. don't worry..But honestly, It's hard enough to walk with that massive tummy, and doing Yoga is even harder than making Talylor Swift stop writing songs about her exes.
But there are happy parts to this… mainly the fact that some mornings I would get the bliss to wake up to this.
Then I would see this and realize just how eagerly I can't wait to be a mom.
And then, there were times when Louis would pull up my T-shirt and utilizing his marker unreasonably on my naked belly.
I would look down and ask, "What the hell-" but he will be like, "Stop looking!" Then he would take me in front of the mirror and then say, "Presenting to you… Tommo's Masterpiece!" And I would see this..
And realize, how just like me, Louis himself was super-excited to be a dad!
Today is 7th of February, about a week from the due date. Couldn't be more excited!! And here I was, taking a long look at my mirror before getting into my priceless gown for the AMAs. Being a nominee for Best Single Of The Year was frustrating enough, but the event being the first time when I officially show the world my baby (bump, that is) was killing my peace. I sighed.
Louis looked at me, kissed my forehead, and whispered, "It'll be alright."
He picked up his pace and headed upstairs where all the lads were getting ready, with Lou and her staff.
Downstairs was my territory. I would have to get going any moment.
I turned my head back to mirror. Just then, Sarah, my secretary and friend, showed up and said, "The stylists are here. You ready or what?"
I simply turned back to the mirror and smiled.
