~One Week Later~
I find it so weird how a week can pass so quick. School starts in the morning, I'm not really ready for it. Mum told me the school doesn't have a strict dress code, which makes me happy. Blain and his parents moved into the house right next to ours. I guess that's the highlight of the summer, getting my best friend back. Dad ended up giving me my phone back for an apology for saying Blain and I did something in my room. I still don't understand why he did it.
I had opened my window to let the cool air in my room. I was getting my clothes ready in the morning. I heard and tiny noise. "Pshhh" I darted my head up and didn't see anything or anyone. I heard it again this time longer. "Pshhhhh!"
I turned around and saw Blain at his window. "Oh, Hey!" I smiled and walked over to my window and rested my hands around the frame.
Blain smiled. "Hey Payne." He laughed.
I rolled my eyes playfully. "What do you want, Tomlinson?"
He smiled. "Just seeing if you were busy. Just wanted to know if you wanted to talk?"
I thought on it, "Um, Yeah, I can talk."
He smiled, "Good, Come on over."
I smiled and nodded. I closed my window because it was chilly. I went on down stairs and my parents were chatting. They stopped when they saw me. Mum looked at me, "Yes dear?"
I shuddered. "Yeah.. Uh.. Blain was wondering if I could come over?"
Dad stiffened, He must not like Blain. "No, Ella. Its a school night."
I looked at the clock. "It's 2:10? I can be home by five?" I looked more at mum.
She sighed looking at Liam. "Yeah, That's fine. Li?"
He sighed. "Be home at four."
I crossed my arms. "Dad?"
He sighed, rubbing his temples, "Fine. 4:30, Not a second late. Understand me?"
I nodded. "Yes, sir."
I turned around and left out the front door. I made my way next door to Blain's house. I knocked lightly. Blain's dad, Louis, answered. "Well, hello Ms. Ella, Can we help you?"
I nodded, nervously. "Yeah, Blain asked me if I could come over.."
He smiled, "Ah, Okay! Come on in."
I entered as Eleanor came around the corner. "Ella! You look beautiful today."
I blushed and smiled. "Thank you Mrs. Tomlinson, so do you."
She smiled, "You remind me of your mum when I met her."
I smiled, "I do? Mum doesn't really talk a bout when she was my age."
Eleanor nodded. "Oh. Well she was just as pretty as you are. Just as nice."
I smiled. "Thanks, Mum won't tell me anything. I saw a picture of My mum and her friend. five guys and a girl. The girl looks a lot like you Eleanor."
She smiled and nodded. "It was me. I miss being young."
I laughed. "Do you know who the guys were?"
She shrugged. "I don't remember much. One of them is your dad, Liam, I married one of the others, Louis." She put her arms around Louis's waist.
I smiled. "That's so sweet."
Louis nodded. "I think so." He paused. "Blain!!! Ella is here!!"
Seconds later, Blain came down the stairs. "Thanks dad, We will be up in my room"
He nodded, "Blain, come here real quick."
I waited on the bottom step. Even though I could still hear them.
"Blain. No funny business what so ever, Do you understand me?" His dad sounded so serious.
"Yes, sir." Blain answered almost right away.
"Ella is such a good kid, I don't want you to corrupt her into your ways."
Blain nodded, "yes sir"
His father nodded. "Go on now." He patted his sons back and smiled at me.
I smiled back and Blain joined me on the stairs. "Sorry about that."
We walked up the stairs with Blain's hand on the small of my back, barely touching me.
He led me to his room. It was about the size of mine. "Nice room." I pointed to almost naked girls on the wall.
Blain smirked. "Haha, Those, Yeah." He sat down on the bed and patted the spot beside him.
I smiled when I sat beside him. "You wanted to talk?"
Blain nodded, biting his lip, "Yeah soo, I just wanted to hang out, I miss my Ella Bean." He smiled.
Blain used to call me Ella Bean all the time. I smiled. "Yeah, I messed you too Blain Main."
We both go into a fit of laughter. Blain chuckled," Uh, Do you want to watch a movie?"
I smiled and nodded, "Yeah! Sounds good!" I blushed slightly.
Blain got up and went to his T.V. I moved to the end of the bed. He turned to me, "What would you like to watch?" I shrugged.
Blain smiled, "There must be a movie you like?"
I nodded, "I do," I giggled.
He smirked, "And it is??"
I bit my lips slightly. "It's Titanic."
Blain's face lit up, "That's my favorite movie"
I smiled, "Mines too!"
He put in the DVD and came back to his bed and laid on one side. He patted the spot next to him and I moved to lay beside him. He scooted closer to me and I laid my head on his chest and my arm over his waist. Blain put his hand around my back. I felt myself dosing off. Last thing I heard and felt was Blain kissing my forehead and him saying goodnight.
I was shaken awake by Blain, I smiled up at him, "Hi." he said.
"Hi." I answered. I moved off of Blain and sat up.
"It's 4:25. You've slept through half the movie so I cut it off." He smiled.
I nodded. "Wait, It's 4:25? I've got to be home by 4:30!" I jumped up and grabbed my bag and my phone.
Blain jumped up too, "Here, I'll walk you home." He smiled and I returned it.
Blain and I walked down stairs but stopped by his parents.
"Hey kids, whats going on?" His dad, Louis, asked.
"Nothing much dad, just walking Ella home." Blain smiled at me.
His dad nodded, "I didn't hear much talking up there.. It was quiet." He looked at Blain then to me. Making my heart race. I looked away from his stare.
"Dad, we didn't do anything, Ella fell asleep while watching Titanic."
His dad nodded. "Go on, Blain we will talk later." Louis flashed me a smile.
Blain nodded. We walked outside and Blain sighed. "My dad is ridiculous."
I shrugged, "My dads been tense since you got here."
He nodded, "I know, Our dads think we would hook up, have sex. "
I cringed, "Yeah, no.. We are just friends." I laughed and he did too.
"I know, They are being weird. I'm sure it would blow over." He smiled to me.
"I hope so, I want to hang out with you and not being accused of hooking up with you. You would think my parents would know, that I know better." I shrugged.
Blain smiled when we got to my door. "Thank you for coming to see me. I learned a lot about you the past week or so. You're sweet and innocent, you're funny and smart, and you're a good girl." He smiled.
I nodded. "I learned a lot about you too. Your such a sweetheart and your parents don't get you like I do." I smiled.
He nodded, "So true, I'm not this bad boy Our parents think I am." He frowned slightly.
I poked him making him smile. "Yeah, Its okay though. I know who you are. I need to get inside."
He nodded, "Yes but wait." He leaned down and kissed my cheek. "Thank you." He said.
"Your welcome." smiled and walked inside. I smiled at him before closing the door.
I turned around and my parents were waiting for me. "Your right on time Ella." my dad smiled.
"Yep. Thank you for letting me go." I smiled.
Mum smiled. "Your welcome. Go wash up for dinner and meet up at the table."
I nodded and walked up stairs. I quickly washed up and ran down stairs and sat at the table.
My sister started laughing at me, "Ella how was your date with Blain."
I chocked on my food, "Date? It wasn't a date."
She looked confused. "Then why were you and Blain all cuddled up on his bed."
My dad dropped his fork on his plate making a loud sound, "What?" he said sharply.
I hid my face, "Dad it was nothing. We were watching a movie and I fell asleep."
His face didn't budge. "Ella! What the hell? What happen? Did you both.. and could you be.. Oh my god."
I sighed. "DAD. We did nothing! We were watching the movie Titanic and I fell asleep! We didn't do anything."
He sighed, "You know, I'm not hungry. I'm going to our room, Rosalin."
Mum nodded, "Okay, I'll join you later." Dad kissed he cheek and left the room.
"Mum, We didn't do anything, I seriously fell sleep." I said moving my food around with my fork.
She sighed. "I know baby girl. Your dad is paranoid. That is all."
That caught my attention. "What do you mean."
She sighed again. "Okay, I guess your old enough. Calen, Take your food up to your room please, now!"
Calen left, leaving me and mum alone. "Okay, Ella, when I was 16, your age. I found out... I was pregnant, with you. I freaked out and everything was fine until you were born up to your first few months, that's something else I will have to tell you about later. Much much later."
I nodded, "I understand but I'm not like that and Blain would never do that to me. We are friends."
She nodded. "I know, It's your father."
I understand that. Dad is way to protective. "Okay, I'm done, I'm just going up to bed. Goodnight." I kissed her and hugged her and left.
I cleaned up the kitchen and went to the room to find Liam on the phone, He hung up when he saw me and smiled.
"Who was that?" I asked.
"Louis, He talked to Blain and they didn't do anything." He half smiled.
"Liam, I could of told you that, Ella told you that. Start trusting your daughter."
He sighed, "I know, I trust her not him."
I sighed, "They are just friends."
He stood up, "You and Niall were 'just friends' but you ended up pregnant."
I shook my head, "I was drunk and he took advantage of me, there is a difference Liam!"
He sighed, "I know, I'm sorry."
I nodded, hurt of his mention of Niall. "I told her how I got pregnant at 16. I didn't say anything about Niall. She thinks you got me pregnant at 16."
He nodded. "If I were you. I would go ahead and tell her. She will be going to school with her half-sister that she has no idea about!"
I sighed, "Liam. We have already talked about this. No. Not Now!"
He nodded. "Come to bed.. I miss you and I love you."
I walked up to him and kissed him, "I miss you and love you too."
Liam smiled under our long kiss.
