I have one leg dangling out the window, one leg inside holding me on the windowsill, and my back against the wall as I take another sip of my coffee. It's a beautiful morning in Lumiose City. I've always loved being in a big city. My little home town of Pallet Town gets boring sometimes, but I'll always love it.
I look inside at my three friends in this new place. Pichu, Bulbasaur, and Fennekin are curled up in the middle of my room, fast asleep.
Though I'm not sure if I'm the Pokémon master; I sure do feel like it. Back home I have a few acres of land with lots of different climates. It's where I keep one boy and one girl Pokémon of every kind. And I mean every kind. Except the region I'm in right now. I've still got some Pokémon to catch here. Also, legendary Pokémon I do not have. I've been told they visit my oasis sometimes. As for who keeps watch of them that would be my mom. She loves Pokémon and she always tells me it's a dream come true caring for them.
Me? My name's Rosalinda and I'm 16. I have bright blonde hair to my shoulder blades; bright blue eyes; five foot five; nice dress with a hat and pumps is my normal outfit. I've been on my Pokémon journey for six years now and have had one Pokémon with me the whole time: Pichu. She is my best friend and I love her. Oh, and I have a job helping Professor Sycamore. It's the best job in the world, and my apartment is right across the street from the lab. The only other interesting thing about my life is the boy I lost and have tried to forget, but can't.
The boy's name is Ash Ketchum. He left me a few years ago. We were the best of friends. Even shared a kiss here and there. Then one morning I wake up and hear he left to go to the next region without me. I did everything I could to find him, but to no avail. I'm not sure why he left me, but he's out of my life and I have to deal with that. There's tons of other guys out there.
I set my coffee mug down on my bed side table as I bring myself back inside my room. I'll leave my window open today. No reason not to. I can watch it from work.
"Pika!" Pichu stands up and hugs my leg.
"Morning Pichu," I pat her head and grab my mug. "Let's let the others sleep and get breakfast started."
"Good," I smile, grab my mug, and head to the kitchen. I dump out my coffee. Then I start on my Pokémon's breakfast. Whistling the whole time as Pichu sits at the bat watching me.
Once I'm done making everyone's breakfast, Bulbasaur and Fennekin are at the bar ready for their food. I dish out everyone's share and they dig in. Then I make myself a bowl of cereal and fill myself up.
*Why hello. Looks like you've stumbled upon my story. I hope you liked it. Maybe you could even like and favorite it, but only if you really want to.
