"How's it there?" Ash asks. We're doing a video call, of course.
"Just like I remember it, amazing," I say. Bonnie is in the other room talking to Clement.
"I miss you, Ash."
"I miss you too. Once I'm done over here we'll never be apart. I promise."
"Good. Weill we move here?"
"If you want."
"I'd like to keep my apartment so we can visit Lumiose City sometimes."
"Okay, we can do that," Ash smiles. "Was Red there?"
I shake my head, "No. Sorry."
"It's okay. He's traveler."
"We'll see him one day while we're here."
"If you do, say his little brother says hi."
"I will. Don't worry."
"I love you."
My heart skips a beat and a heat comes to my cheek. "I love you too."
"Remember years ago when we first told each other that?"
"I do. And it was the happiest day of my life."
"Mine too. I can't wait to embrace you again."
"I want to kiss you again."
"Let's stop before we start missing each other even more."
"Okay, we better sigh off then."
"Okay, bye Rosebud. See you soon."
I smile, "Bye Ashy. See you soon."
*Day Five In Pallet Town*
Not much has really happened. Bonnie and I have been out to get the information from all the Pokémon. It's a tough job, but I'm pretty sure we're about halfway through.
"Rosa," Bonnie says. Right now we're having lunch by the pond in my Pokémon enclosure.
"Yes Bonbon," I say.
"Five days and we head back."
"Yeah, are you sad?"
"I am. Nathen and I are becoming such great friends. I don't want to leave him."
"It's okay, we're going to be back when Emilia has her baby. And then back for good when Ash and Clement come back from their adventure."
"Really. Plus, you can keep in touch through video calls."
"Now, let's get back to lunch so we can get out to the Pokémon again."
*Last Day In Pallet Town*
"I can't believe you're leaving already," Emilia pulls out of the hug she gave me.
"Me too," I sigh. "It was fun while it lasted. No worries though, we'll be back soon."
Everyone I know in town is giving Bonnie and me an amazing going away getaway.
"We can't wait until you're back," Tobias says.
"Even me?" Bonnie asks.
"Of course," Alex says. "You are the best girl ever. I mean, that's younger than me." Everyone is set into laughter at that.
"Okay, enough talking, we've got to go," I say.
"Fine, goodbye honey," my mom kisses my forehead. Then kisses the top of Bonnie's head.
Once the last hugs are given out, Bonnie and I hop into the car that's come to take us to the airport. Then we're off.
