*New Year's Eve*
"This is by far the best way to spend the coming of the New Year," I smile as I take another sip of my wine.
"Of course," Phil smiles. "Hanging with your best friends is always nice."
"How much longer until midnight?" Riley asks.
"Fifteen minutes," Dan answers.
"So long," I whine.
"It'll be okay," Dan kisses my temple.
"I can't wait until we get to go to Playlist Live," Riley says. "Chloe and I are so totally going to walk around and meet some YouTubers."
"Oh yeah. There's some YouTubers I really want to meet," I smile.
"You'll have fun doing that," Phil says. "There's a ton of YouTubers that'll be there."
"You're sucking them into the realm of YouTube, Phil," Dan says. "It's a scary place in there."
"We'll be fine, Danny," I roll my eyes. "YouTube isn't that bad. And we're grown woman."
It goes quiet for a while, and then Phil speaks up. "Ten seconds."
We all stare at the TV as the clock counts down.
The second it hits zero, the four of us exclaim, "Happy New Year!"
*A Few Months Later*
"I can't believe I'm on a plane heading to Orlando," I smile as I advert my gaze from the window.
"It's going to be so much fun," Dan smiles. "We're gonna be staying a week after Playlist ends, so we can go do some fun things."
"Could we go to Epcot? I've always wanted to go to Epcot."
"I think we can."
"I'll pay. I really will."
"You won't have to."
"I want to."
"Well, alright then."
"So, how long is this flight?"
"A long time. Wanna watch a movie?"
"Heck yes. Are there good movies? Maybe anime movies."
He chuckles, "We'll just have to look and see."
It's amazing I'm going to Florida for my boyfriend's work. Dating Dan has its perks, but even without them I'd still date him. I mean, I dated him before YouTube and I'll stick with him through it all.
