I decided on wearing that black jumpsuit that I still hadn't had a chance to wear, plus I wasn't all that fond of dressing up. Jenny again did my make up wonderfully whilst Leigh straightened my blode hair making me look somewhat dressed up for my birthday dinner.
"Now come on before we are late to the restaurant." Courtney rushed as she pushed us all outside and I was still n the midst of putting my heels on.
"Where are we going anyway?" I wondered out loud slipping into my shoe at last and being able to walk normally.
"You'll see." Jenny winked and Leigh just giggled, they were hiding something.
"We aren't going to like a male strip club are we?" I asked giving them a strange look because I was not up for going to a male strip club, we weren't even old enough.
"No we are not! We can't take a baby there." Leigh laughed making fun of my age because I was the youngest, I rolled my eyes as she opened her door and slid into the car.
I buttoned up the last button on my navy blue shirt it had little white love hearts scattered over it and I thought it was the only one that I had fancy enough for that dinner. I wore it with black skinny jeans and a nice pair of black shoes attempting to look rather formal compared to my usual attire. My paper plane necklace hung on the inside of my shirt and I smiled knowing that Kylie would probably be wearing hers.
"Oh you look so handsome."
"Thanks mum." I laughed giving her a tight hug. The boys were picking me up so we could meet the girls at the restaurant that we were going to. I heard a few beeps of a horn and I waved to my mum as I ran to the door. The boys were all in the car with Louis driving and Eleanor was in the front keeping him company.
"Hey." I huffed as I jumped in the very back seat, Louis had borrowed his family car so we could all fit. A round of hi's and hello's ran through the car as Louis started to drive and we were off to the Moonlight restaurant. It was a very famous restaurant on the top of a skyscraper, I was not even sure who got the reservations there because they were almost impossible to get a hold of. It gave you a full view of the city and I had only been there once before and that was for my mum's birthday the day she turned 40.
We were all sat at the table watching as Kylie's three best friends dragged her towards our table with a blindfold. She looked stunning in her jumpsuit and black heels. I had the urge to grab her, to hold her and never let her go. She was a beautiful girl and did not know it although she should have. I knew if I do not make an effort to keep her she would slip right through my grasp and fall into another's. That was not going to happen I was determined. I had tell her how I feel and maybe she would understand. She had grown on me a lot and despite all my cocky remarks and cheesy flirts towards her.I think that I may like her, a whole lot.
"Okay guys, can I take the blind fold off now?" She asked grinning with excitement, still unaware of her location. Courtney ran behind her and untied the black cloth with pride. She smiled even wider when she saw us all and where we were.
"Do you like it?" Leigh-Anne asked half smiling with hope.
"I hate it." She said with a dull tone as her face dropped. Leigh looked shocked and sad at the same time. "I'm joking I love it." She laughed soon after she got a reaction. Everyone let out a sigh of relief except me, I knew that she was kidding and I was just beyond ecstatic to have dinner with her.
"Your a terrible actor." I pointed out smiling as she took a seat next to me.
"And you are a terrible liar." She said back grabbing a menu. I just chuckled and grabbed myself a menu, not long after a waiter came to take our order. He was in his earlier twenties and he had jet black hair with blue eyes. He was very masculine and clearly all the girls thought he was good looking as they drooled over him whilst he took our orders.
"That guy has a nice ass." Kylie pointed out smirking as he walked off, I just rolled my eyes at her. "Don't rain on my hot guy parade." She defended hitting me in the shoulder.
"I'm not raining on anything." I shot back quickly.
"You gave me that look." She said pointing to my face and I just glared at her. "Yeah that one." She laughed crossing her arms.
"Aww is little Harry afraid that another guy is going to steal his girl." Louis cooed with a smirk. Well doesn't he deserve a smack in the face?
"Hold up. I am not being stolen since I am not his in the first place." Kylie pointed out quite clearly, it did make me feeel rather hurt but she was not mine.
"But you guys have kissed how many times?" Courtney asked raising her eyebrows.
"A lot." I stated with a chuckle which caused her to hit me in the back of the head.
"That doesn't mean anything." She stated.
"Oh really?" Zayn asked raising his eyebrows at her. I saw her nod towards Zayn. He was sitting on the opposite side of her. "Then kiss me." He stated but it was barely audible. I saw him smirk in my direction as Kylie cupped his cheek and started kissing him. My jaw tensed as I watched them swap saliva, it was killing me inside but I was trying not to show. Zayn whispered something in her ear and pulled away.
"See." She said with a light smirk.
"Here are your drinks." The waiter said as he came over and placed a tray on the table with all of the drinks we ordered. I took my sprite and poured it into a glass with ice. Everyone started small talk with the person next to them. I saw Kylie and Zayn started talking. I didn't know what the hell his problem was, he knew damn well that I liked her. I got out of my chair and walked over to the balcony area to get some fresh air. The city lights were bright and beautiful. I leaned against the railing with my arms and I just stared out into the sky thinking about her.
"The city is gorgeous isn't it?" A female voice said as a woman stood next to me. She was tall with added height of her heels. She had long dark hair and dark brown eyes. Her skin pale, almost white. She was like the opposite of Kylie but she was still pretty fit.
"Yeah it is." I replied with a smile towards her. I added a little wink at the end.
"Ok look I'm not going to hit on you because guys like you don't come to a place like this alone." She stated with a kind smile. "So tell me why is it that there is most likely a very special girl sitting in there and your out here?"
"Because that special girl isn't mine." I stated looking at Kylie talking to Zayn.
"I'm guessing she is the blonde haired one talking to the very handsome guy?" Her guess was correct. I just nodded and sighed as I shoved my hands in my pockets. "Is that her boyfriend?" She asked.
"No. He's my best mate but he kissed her." I don't know why I was telling a stranger all f my problems but it seemed like she could have given me advice.
"Wow. Have you kissed her?" She asked raising her eyebrows as her right hand gripped the railing. I nodded and looked down.
"But she thinks I'm just a player." I told her kicking the ground in frustration.
"Ahh your still in high school aye?" She asked and I nodded confused as to how that was relevant. "I'm guessing your the 'bad boy I can get any girl that I want' guy in school?" Damn she was good. I just nodded sadly.
"But I try not be anymore but it doesn't seem to matter to her." I explained looking at Kylie. I saw her look at me then she looked at the girl next to me. She just frowned and turned back to Zayn. Well that's just great she obviously thought I was a player.
"She saw us." The girl sighed. I nodded looking back over the balcony. "Go to her. Prove to her that you've changed." She said with a small smile and placed her hand on my shoulder.
"Thanks for the advice ." I said and walked back to the table.
"Got a new girlfriend aye?" She teased taking a bite of her meal as it had arrived. I just shook my head at her and started to devour my food. "So when are you meeting up with her?" She asked. "So I know when to not come over." She added, clarifying her question, raised in innocence.
"Well actually. She's not." I announced confidently which received a slightly shocked expression from Kylie. "I have my eye on another girl." My cheeks reddened a bit as I said that.
"And which girl might this be?" She questioned cocking an eyebrow whilst she held her fork in front of her lips. I just sighed and looked her in the eyes. She said nothing. There was complete and utter silence between us.
"Your so clueless aren't you?" I stated shaking my head which caused my curls to bounce around. She was so oblivious to the fact that I wanted a proper relationship with her. Maybe it was fate, but I sure as hell was going to keep trying.
