22. Surprise!! Time to Face Your Death.
The elves all line up. We are just about to leave when the door opens. between the doors is the orc who fell in love with me. "You!!" He hissed while walking up to me. Legolas steps up infront of me along with Thranduil. Some elves pull me back, protecting me while others walk up and aim their arrows towards the orc. "How do you know her?" Legolas asks the orc. "I saw her leaving the woods. She's a cutie. Too bad she already has a boyfriend. I wonder where he is." He said sarcastically. "It's me. I'm her boyfriend." He said in all shades of seriousness. "Doesn't look like it." The orc said. Legolas was getting pissed off. He had no problem exposing it. "Want me to prove it?" He asked. The orc must have nodded yes because Legolas spun around, walked towards me and smiled before pressing his lips to mine. He had no problem with making a kiss feel so passionate. The orc got angry with Legolas because he marched up to Legolas and I, threw Legolas off and smashed his lips onto mine as he put his claw up my shirt so he was touching my bare stomach. I tried to push him off but it was no use. The orc was too strong for me. Legolas ripped the orc off of me with such force, he caused him to lose his balance a bit. Just as the orc was about to fight Legolas, one of the elves launched their arrow, hitting the orc in the head and killing it. Legolas turned to me, "Why did that orc just kiss you?" He asked me. I gave a sigh. "I may as well just tell you the story." I said. I began telling them the story. How I nearly got out of the forest alone just to have the orc start to sexually abuse me and tell me to stay with him or he would kill me. I told him how I escaped from him and how it led to that whole army of orcs to find me. Legolas just stared at me in horror, as if I was emptying his soul with every word I spoke. I looked around me. Everyone was staring at me wide eyed, their faces pale, as if they had just seen a ghost. Some were talking amongst themselves. "I am so sorry Aquilia." Legolas said as he pulled me into a hug. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner." I said. "You had no time to tell me. None of this is your fault. It's not your fault that there are orcs and whatever other nasty things out there. It's nobody's fault. It's just how the world is. The important thing is that we're together again and you're safe." He said to me. "Thank you for understanding." I said as I pulled back. There was silence for a few moments and then Mr. Baggins spoke up. "So what are we going to do now?" He asked, his gaze switching from Legolas and I to the dwarves and back. I looked up at Thorin and caught him looking from Legolas to me. "It's not my call. If they are up for it, then great. If not, then we can go ourselves. I just wanted to have some extra backup." Thorin said.
I was worried about the decision Legolas would make on deciding whether or not to help the dwarves considering what happened with him and Aquilia. I'm so proud of my son for meeting a girl and falling in love with her, I just didn't want them to go through what they were already trying to forget. I could ell by the looks from Aquilia and Legolas's facial expressions that they were trying to hide how hurt they were from being separated. I accepted how much Legolas loved Aquilia. I loved his mum as much as he loves her. I loved Aquilia too. She was a very sweet and respectful girl. It felt as if she was my daughter who was robbed of me at birth and returned home with Legolas years later. Legolas turned to Aquilia and started to discuss something with her. He turned back to Thorin and nodded. They accepted. "Legolas, Aquilia, come here for a minute." I said. "Yes father?" Legolas said. "I trust the both of you being together, alright? I just don't want one of you to go missing again. Please stay together and help each other when one of you needs it." I said, giving both of them a look of concern. "We will." Legolas said. I nodded. "Be on your way then." I said and I went off to collect everyone to head back to Mirkwood.
