I woke the next morning to footsteps walking around me. "Legolas?" I asked in a quiet whisper, being too lazy to open my eyes and find out for myself. "You awake. I've been waiting for you." Cooed the voice. I slowly opened my eyes, using my hand to shield away the bright sunlight, and looked in the direction the voice was coming from. I nearly jumped to my feet when I noticed the orc standing at my feet. "H-how are you here? How did you find me? I thought I killed you." I stammered in terror. I couldn't believe he found me. I was so far from where we last were. How long was he searching for me? A million questions were running through my head. All I wanted was for Legolas to be here with me, or to at least come right now and kill this orc. "Don't you know anything? Orcs heal within 12 hours. No matter how bad the injury." He said as he pinned me to the cave wall. He leaned in, pressing his lips against mine as he put his hand up my shirt. I tried to shove him away but he was stone planted to the floor. He pulled back, chuckling. "You think I don't know all your tricks yet, do ya?" He asked as he pressed his body against mine so I couldn't move. His claws exploring every inch of my body, taking in all my curves. "It's not often that I come across a girl as good feeling and looking as you." He whispered into my ear. He continued to kiss my neck. I didn't know what to do. I just stood there. I tried to reach for my knife but I guess the orc knew what I was trying to do because he pushed the knife back down into it's socket. "What a naughty girl you are. Trying to pull a knife on me like that. I'm armed too you know, and you can't heal like I can." He said. I didn't hear what he said. I just stared off into space. "This is it." I said to myself. "This may as well be my life from now on."
Within 10 seconds of being sexually abused by an orc and wanting to end my life, I suddenly heard a faint cry. It sounded as if someone was calling someone elses name. "Stop." I said to the orc as I pushed him back. "I hear something from outside." I said as I went to make my way to the opening of the cave. I walked to the opening of the cave and popped my head out. I scanned the land but couldn't see anything. Suddenly, I laid eyes on a small group of what seemed to be men. They were all wearing dark coats; except for one, who was wearing a brown coat and had knives secured to it. He seemed to have been crying because he missed someone. He also had long blonde hair. Wait a minute! Long blonde hair....
"LEG-" I screamed but was quickly cut off by the orc. "Zip it!" He hissed as he covered my mouth with his claws and pulled his arm around my torso. "If you wanna live, you will shut up and not make a sound. You hear me?!" He snapped at me. I nodded. "Good girl." He said as he dragged me to a deeper part within the cave. The orc found a place to hide and climbed into it with his grasp still on me. "Now if they come in, you will stay quiet or I will kill you." He threatened as he pulled my knife out from the waistband and put it to my throat. The knife glistened in the little light we had. I stared at the weapon. My heartbeat becoming more intense the longer I stared at it. I couldn't take my eyes off it. It was as if my eyes and the blade were two magnets of the opposite charge. The one attracting the other. The orc held it steady to my throat. I felt if I just made the slightest move forward, it would pierce the skin and I would be dead just like that. I ached for Legolas, but right now, I ached for my life even more. Without my life, we would be separated until he died. I couldn't die. He couldn't die. I just prayed somehow this would all end, but deep down inside, it didn't feel like it ever would.
The dwarves and I came to a vast area of the land. There was nothing around us. No sounds except for the wind and the birds chirping in the air. "She has gotta be somewhere around here." Mr. Baggins exclaimed. "Well we obviously haven't found her yet to know if that's true or not." Kili replied. Suddenly we heard a faint cry from somewhere in the distance. I immediately spun around to the direction it came from. It sounded like a feminine voice. "Aquilia?" I wondered. I thought for a minute. Suddenly her voice rang in my ears. It was her voice! "AQUILIA!!" I screamed. I pulled Amadeus into a gallop and the dwarves and I ran in the direction of Aquilia's scream. We shortly pulled up in front of a cave. Everyone ran in as I scanned the inside. Aquilia wasn't there. I walked in deeper. Suddenly, my foot stepped in something. I bent down to inspect the substance. It was deep red and it ran down my fingers. It was blood; and fresh too. I jumped up and made my way through the cave. "AQUILIA!" I called. My voice echoed throughout the cave. I waited for a few moments as I continued to walk through. Nothing. I continued to search the cave; but we found nothing. "She has to be here! Keep searching!!" I shrieked. I had to find Aquilia! I couldn't take this anymore! If she was in danger, I would safe her. I can and I will!
We continued to search, but we had no luck. I sunk down to the floor in the back of the cave. My vision blurred with tears. I felt sick to my stomach. I missed Aquilia so much. I ached for her. All I wanted to do was hold her in my arms, kiss her and tell her how much she means to me. Kili knelt down beside me. "She isn't here. Let's go somewhere else." He said calmly. Got up and stared at a black patch on the cave wall. Somehow, I felt as if I was maintaining eye contact with Aquilia, but I knew I wasn't. She must have moved on to search for us. I felt more tears coming on. "I love you Aquilia." I whispered into the black patch of the cave wall and made my way to the entrance of the cave. Suddenly, I felt as if there was no hope left. That she was dead and I was just wasting my time searching for her. I didn't want to feel it. I would keep searching. I will not go undefeated.
