Try Not To Fall For Any Of The Boys. Alright?

"There is one rule, baby sister."

"And what would that be, big brother?"

"Try not to fall for any of the boys. Alright?"

8. Chapter 6

I rolled over in my dishevled sheets. My eyes opened for a second and I was blinded by the blazing sun. I groaned and slowly opened my eyes, adjusting to the sun this time. My alarm said it was 10 past 9. I checked to see if Harry was still in bed. He wasn’t, of course he said he has work everyday from 9 to 4, but still.

I used all of my strength to walk downstairs and get a quick shower. It was so refreshing. Especially after the night I had.

I walked to my room, towel wrapped around my body, I pulled out a pair of khaki skinny pants and a floral tanktop tucked in. I wasn’t going out so I didn’t need to dress up or anything. I decided now was better than never to do the boys laundry that had been piling up for Lord knows how long.

I went into each boys' room and picked all the clothes off the floor. It was disgusting. Louis probably had the worst room. Food wrappers thrown about everywhere and clothes with stains lay mixed in the heap.

I easily found their laundry room, which wasn’t much. It was a closet with a washer and dryer. I threw the first load in and then tackeled some stains in the second group before exiting.

I sighed and sat on the couch. My stomach rumbled, I looked at the clock on the tv box, 12:30. Already?! Quickly, I went into the kitchen to fix a sandwich when the door opened. I stood in silence until I heard Harry call, “Addie? Are you here?”

“In the kitchen, Harry.” I yelled.

Niall, Zayn, Liam, and Louis burst through the door exclaiming how hungry they were and how they thought they were going to die if I didn’t feed them. Needless to say, I spent 10 minutes fixing sandwiches for all five of the boys, even though Harry said he’d make his own.

“Hank Ou.” The boys garbled, in unison whilst chewing.

I chuckled, “Anytime, boys.”

“Addie dear, come have a seat next to me.” Liam patted an empty seat at the dining room table.

I sat down in the wooden chair, the boys weren’t exactly interior designers but they did a pretty decent job putting colours together throughout the apartment. This room looked especially nice. The walls were golden and the floor was carpeted white. The table was chestnut and the candles in the middle matched the walls.

“How’s your day going?” Liam asked, taking a bite of his sandwich.

I complained, running a hand through my hair, "Well, not too well because I'm cleaning all of your clothes!"

The boys looked at each other and erupted in cheers.

“I thought I’d be wearing sweats the rest of my life!” Niall exaulted, “Thank you so much, love!”

I shook my head, “Ah, it's not a big problem. I used to clean my Harry's and my clothes at home all the time.”

I really don’t mind doing laundry.

“Oh, you consider us your brothers already?” Louis gushed, “Well, welcome to the family sis.” Louis, who sat on the other side of me, messed up my hair, teasingly.

“We can’t be related because you’re too good looking to be my sister.” Zayn told me, a smile threatening at his lips.

I was quite flattered, “Oh no, Zayn. You and I aren’t related. You’re too fit to be my brother.”

Everyone except Harry laughed. Although Niall looked a bit uncomfortable laughing.

Harry got up and went into the kitchen. He always was a little drama queen. Can't he understand a bit of flirty banter when he sees it?

“Aw, Harry!” I started to get up and run after him but Zayn got in front of me.

“Why don’t you stay here? I’ll talk to him, okay?” He gave me a reassuring look, I complied and went back to the table.

“Got a thing for, Malik?” Liam licked his lips and drank his juice, wiggling his eyebrows at me

I rolled my eyes and got up again. Niall grabbed my wrist and stood up. He held onto it the whole way out into the living room.

“So…you and Zayn fancy each other, aye?” He asked, chuckling a bit uncertainly.

“No. I don’t really like him like that. We were just messing with each other... I just met him.

He sighed, “Well, we don’t want ‘arry to kill him!”

He walked over and sat in front of the computer, logging into his twitter. He has so many followers and mentions it was ridiculous.

“Are you going to respond to anyone?” I asked Niall who was looking through a lot of his mentions.

“I might. I try to talk to my followers as much as I can!” He seemed so happy talking about his fans, “Do you have an account? I’ll follow you.”

I shook my head, “No, all of my friends do and they’re so addicted.” I was referring to my friends Jaime and Ember. Those girls tweeted everything.

“Let’s make you one, Addie Daddie." He laughed and logged out.

He filled in all of the info except for my password and email which I quickly typed in.

“What is your username?” Harry said, standing behind us.

I didn’t notice him behind us. I guess Zayn and he talked and it was good. “Uh…” I searched the screen for my name, “Niall really? @biggestniallanator is my username?!” I pretended to be mad but failed as I laughed at the ridiculous name.

Harry messed around on his iPhone and I saw I had gained a follower, harry_styles. Wow! My first celebrity follower, ha!

I refreshed the page and I had 200 new followers…

“Why do I have so many followers now?” I asked, Harry who continued typing on his phone.

“Oh, I tweeted about your new account and how Niall made it for you.” Niall laughed and opened Harry’s page.

Harry’s latest tweet: @NiallOfficial just made my sis Addie a twitter! Follower her @Biggestniallanator :D xx

“TWITCAM!” Niall declared as he logged onto his account and started to broadcast to their fans.

Harry smiled at the webcam and I went to stand up but Niall tugged my wrist, “Stay, love!”

When a boy calls you “love” with a hot Irish accent, you stay where you are. I blushed slightly and he grinned.

The boys talked for a good 15 minutes, responding to questions and even singing parts of songs. Fans asked me questions and I had told them I was staying with the boys all summer. Some fans did not like the idea of me with their boys but others thought Harry spending time with his sister was great.

"Time to get back to rehearsal!” Harry whined as he said a goodbye to the fans and logged Niall off.

The rest of my day pertained to cleaning and doing laundry whilst singing along to the radio. I had a pretty decent voice. It didn’t compare to Harry’s voice though.

I placed the boys’ dry clothes in a big pile in the living room. I didn’t know whose clothes were whose. They would separate them when they got home! Speaking of the devils…

The door clicked open and I saw Niall walking in first. He smiled at me and came over to give me a hug.

Niall was about 4 inches taller than I am. Looking up at his blue eyes made my knees shake slightly.

“What’s this?” Zayn whined when he walked in, talking about the huge pile of clean clothes in the centre of the living room.

“All of your clothes! I don’t know whose jumper is whose! When you’re done separating and putting them away come down to the kitchen and I’ll fix you a nice dinner, alright?”

The boys eagerly nodded at the sound of a home cooked dinner. I got out some noodles and started to boil water. I’d make some spaghetti! I cooked chicken too so I could throw some in the pasta.

As the pasta was near done I heard, one by one, each boy come down to the dining room table.

I pulled out six plates from a nearby cupboard and stacked them by the pot of pasta.

“Dinner anyone?” I yelled and I heard all of the footsteps pounding against the hardwood floors trying to get to the kitchen first.

“YES! SPAGHETTI IS MY FAVOURITE DISH.” Liam cheered and gave me a quick hug before fixing him a heaping plate full.

I waited until last to grab what little pasta they had left for me.

Walking into the dining room each one of them had something nice to say about my cooking. I thanked them and told them anytime.

“I want to watch the telly.” Liam whined as he pushed his plate forward.

“Wash the dishes first and then you can.” I felt like a mother telling her son to do his chores.

“No fun, mum. I work all day and have to come home and work more?”

“Liam, you slept most of the time during rehearsals.” Niall reminded him before shooting me a quick wink.

“I…I um…” Liam stuttered, defeated.

“That’s what I thought, kiddo.” I nodded my head to the kitchen, “Get the dishes tonight and then Louis can do them tomorrow night.”
