3. Chapter 3
I woke up the next morning and looked at the sun shining. I smiled wide and bit my bottom lip. I listened to the bird chirping back and forth to each other. When I was a kid I use to think of a conversation they would be having, it didn't really work out. I smelt pancakes and smiled. I got up and ran down the stairs then stopped in my tracks when I saw Louis and who I am guessing was his family.
I looked down when they all stared at me. I hated being the center of attention. I walked over to my mother who handed me a plate of pancakes then took the only seat available which was next to Louis. I don't know why but I think I might have a slight crush on him, not like it's not normal for a 13 year old girl to have a crush on a very cute, 14 year old guy. I started eating and listened to the conversation that was going on in front of me.
Then Louis's mom,who's name I now know is Johanna, asked "So Ginger, I know you have only been here a day but how do you like it?"
I swallowed what I was eating and looked at her "I-I guess it's alright I mean it isn't what I excepted but it's home now and I guess it always will be..." I smiled and looked at Louis, he smiled at me. I looked into his kind, sea blue eyes and blushed lightly, looking down. I felt a hand touch mine and saw Louis was trying to hold my hand. I did him a favor and held back, feeling an electric shock, the good kind...
