295. Whose side are you on?
“Whose side are you on?” I asked.
“I'm on your side. I know exactly what this feels like” My dad said.
“I'm not on anyone's side” My mom said.
“You're acting like I can't have any friends that are girls, because I am or was in a relationship with Elizabeth.”
“I'm not saying that. I just think that you shouldn't being hanging out with a girl you knew liked you.”
“Like I said, non of this was intended to happen. It just happened. I apologized and told her the truth. I could've lied or never told her at all. How worse would that be?”
“He does have a point” My dad added.
“Justin stop co-signing” My mom said to my dad. “Don't you think you can at least try talking to her one more time? If it doesn't work, then fine.”
“I really don't want to” I sighed.
“If you really like Elizabeth, I'd advise you to go talk to her before it's too late”
I got the car keys and drove to Elizabeth's house. I went and knocked on the door. Elizabeth opened the door.
“What do you want?” Elizabeth asked.
“Can we talk?” I asked.
“I believe we already did.”
