Lea ran into the tent and blocked out every noise she could. Slipping into meditation, which was just clearing her mind. Her breathing slowed and her mind cleared, she looked for something to calm herself down further, and happened upon Severus' mind, currently only about five miles from the World Cup arena.
"What are you doing here," Lea asked him, gaining control.
"Following Dumbledore's orders to follow up on some rumors. What are you," Severus asked back. Lea could hear the small almost smile, but not sneer in his voice.
"Kingsley got tickets. I couldn't cope with all the noise and smells. Kingsley said that I got overstimulated. Now I'm in our tent while Mom, Kingsley, an Jewels are watching the game. I couldn't have anyone near me," Lea explained, adding some of her memory to the explanation to show him.
"Lucius was an idiot," Severus said, or rather it was a mix of a sneer and a growl. "Do you know what time it is?"
"Well past nine. I imagine your family will be back soon since the match is over. Oh, and you letter should be delivered soon," Severus said with a smirk at Lea's surprise at how long she had been alone.
"Alright. I can't wait for school," she said.
"Oh, I'm sure Draco is looking forward to seeing you more too," Severus said with a chuckle as Lea blushed and he felt her embarrassment. "Oh, I know all about your love for him. It's hard to hide it during these talks. I even know when The Wolf decides to speak, though that's mostly because you seen to be talking to yourself. And Draco does like you." By this time Lea was as red as her hair, no freckles showing.
"Please stop. I'm too young for all this," she groaned.
'Lies. We both know your mature for your age, just try being friends and go on a date or two,' Wolf advised.
'I don't think I can handle dating Draco,' she complained back.
"Then I suggest you wait. I have to go," Severus said quickly, pulling his mind away as fast as he could.
'Something's going to happen,' Wolf said with a growl.
'Well, let's get some sleep then. We can deal with it in the morning.' Lea headed to a small bed and was getting under the covers as her mother and the others came into the tent.
"Good night," Lea mumbled as Juliet was placed next to her.
"'Night," Amelia whispered and blew out all the candles but one.
It was almost one in the morning when Lea shot awake to the yelling and crying, mixed with the sound and smells of fear and fire, everything outside was burning, and only she could hear/smell it, as it was on the other side of the field. That didn't last long as chanting came and Lea heard fire being shot at a tent, just two tents away.
Lea grabbed Juliet and woke up the adults with a scream. Kingsley shot up, wand out. Amelia woke more slowly, but soon was shooing them out of the tent as they saw flames start to lick the sides of their tent. That's when the screaming started.
Nearly fifty people were hanging upside down, screaming as if being tortured. They were all muggles.
"Run to the woods," they heard Kingsley yell and they all ran, Lea in the lead, carrying a crying Juliet.
They stopped running in a clearing just as some Ministry Officials were leaving with a house elf crying as they went.
"Is everyone okay," Kingsley asked. Lea and Amelia nodded, Juliet was still crying.
"Give her here," Amelia said, holding out her hands for the crying infant.
"Lea?" asked a boy with red hair and too many freckles.
"Ron?" Lea asked incredulously.
"What's going on," Harry asked looking around.
"Don't know," Kingsley said as he still had his wand out. Then a hiss was heard as three people came out of the forest.
"Oh, just our luck to find the mudbloods and the only muggle not hanging from her ankles," Lucius Malfoy sneered as he, Draco, and Narcissa came into view.
Hermione looked at the moon, it was full and beautiful. Draco and Lea looked at it too, Lea smiled at it. "I'd advice against antagonizing her," Hermione cautioned.
"I don't think you are in any place for demands, girl," Lucius sneer-growled.
"She's right," Amelia and Kingsley said as they glowered at him.
Lea wasn't paying any attention to them anymore, looking at Raven. She nodded to her as she ran up and jumped into Draco's arms.
"Dragon is nice. He scratches just right," Raven purred. When she was set back on the ground, she then jumped up to Narcissa and purred as she petted the cat.
"I'm like his mother," Raven purred. Lea was about to roll her eyes as the Malfoy family came closer when she tensed.
'Werewolf,' The Wolf growled as a new and yet familiar sent was blown this way.
As the Malfoys reached the center of the clearing, Lea glared at the forest.
"Lea," Draco asked as she began to walk a little closer, cautiously, to the end he of the group. Draco came up behind her, only for his only repose to be silence, then a growl was heard by all those in the clearing.
'Why do werewolves keep finding me? Or is it Draco they're after,' Lea asked herself as she walked to stand in front of the werewolf.
