"No, no, no!" Hermione yelled. "NURSE!"
"He doesn't know he's James!!!" Hermione replied, crying.
"Hello, what's your name?" The nurse asked James very calmly.
"Actually, I don't know." James replied with an innocent tone and bewildered expression.
"You are James. One of my best friends! How could you forget?! James! I need you to know me! I need you to be one of my best friends again! Don't do this to me!!!" Hermione yelled, sobbing now.
James looked at her with a look like bewildered combined with guilt and pity.
"I'm so sorry. I wish I knew you, but I don't remember." James said reluctantly.
"No, no, no! James! You are James McBrowning! I need you!" Hermione insisted.
"Who are you?"
"Hermione. Hermione Granger."
"That's an interesting name." James said.
"Uh… thanks." She replied. "James, I need you. I need you to remember everything. What I told you last night in the room of requirement. What we were doing this morning. Why I'm a year older than everyone in our year. What Hogwarts even is! YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER!"
"Hermione. Sweetheart. I think it's time you give James some time to rest. Go join your other friends. I'll take care of him, I promise." The nurse told hermione. Hermione walked out of the hospital wing, into the gryffindor common room, and up to her dorm, where she fell fast asleep.
